Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport

Sangat sukar untuk berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan sebelum ketibaan. Pengangkutan ulang-alik tidak lagi percuma kerana Covid, kata mereka. Walau bagaimanapun, mereka mengenakan bayaran sebanyak 10eur bagi setiap pasangan dan pengangkutan ulang-alik penuh dengan 6 orang. Cara paling murah untuk tiba ke hotel ialah menaiki bas T1-T2 yang percuma, bertolak di Case Nuove dan berjalan kaki sejauh 800m.

Hotel ini khusus untuk mereka yang terbang keluar atau tiba, tiada apa-apa lagi yang boleh dilakukan di sana. Terdapat hanya satu kafe berdekatan, tidak ada kedai, pemindahan hotel ke lapangan terbang mahal - 10 €. Bilik-bilik agak baik, tetapi saya tidak mempunyai air panas, masa yang sangat tidak menyenangkan. Tetapi apa yang membuat saya kecewa ialah saya mengambil sebotol air (biasanya di semua hotel, walaupun yang murah, ia adalah percuma), tetapi kemudian mereka mengenakan saya 2 euro, seperti perkara kecil, tetapi ia sangat tidak menyenangkan. Secara umum, saya akan mengatakan bahawa hotel memenuhi syarat saya - hanya bermalam, tetapi tidak lebih.

This was unfortunately the worst hotel I have stayed in thus far. The location is not ideal for an airport hotel. It is literally on the middle of nowhere! There are no shops anywhere near the hotel at all. Breakfast is served until 10am and then you can’t get any food in the hotel until 7pm when dinner is served. There is a small vending machine on each floor with limited stock and you can only use coins to pay for things, no notes or card. When you go to reception to ask them to change your notes into coins they are very reluctant to do so. You can’t buy snacks in the bar area when it is opened from 7pm for dinner. Check out is at 12pm. We paid €30 for a late check out and had to specify the time we wanted to leave and we said 6pm. The cleaner then came into the room at 10am despite us having a late check out and us leaving the do not disturb sign on the door. She returned again at 10:40 am and again with someone else at 11am. Each time we explained we had a late check out and even if we didn’t check out was 12pm so no one should’ve been coming to the room from before that time. The vent was dirty and when the AC was on it polluted the air. I had to use my asthma pump as my chest tightened from the polluted air. You could smell the dust and feel it as you breathed. We had to turn it off and open a window but the windows weren’t clean and had dead insects in them. The bathroom was absolutely confusing and pointless. There was no shower curtain and the shower head faced out of the bath so when you turn it on the water would go directly on the floor! There was splatters of paint on the walls, holes all over. There was a massive hole in the bed frame and chipped wood and holes on the tables. No one in the reception was helpful when we tried to report these things. Nothing more than a one star hotel…if that.

Very nice hotel, room clean and tidy, confy bed. The hotel is very near by the airport and has a shuttle to take you to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There are vending machines on every floor for hot and cold drinks and for snacks. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, sweet and savoury

I stayed for one night at the Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport and had a terrible experience. The bedding was ripped, there was mold on the mirror, chipped paint, and stains on the pillowcase among other cleanliness issues. The shuttle was overflowing and it did not live up to a 4 star hotel. We are very disappointed. Nobody will respond to my emails, chat, or Instagram dm.

Hotel clean and tidy. Confy bed and very big room. Big bathroom with bath and shampoo. Breakfast has many options hot and cold. The hotel is also close to the bus stop to take you to T1 and T2. The staff is nice and give a you info about the area. The hotel also has a private shuttle to take you to teeminal. There are vending machines on each floor with snacks and cold and hot drinks

Room very good, air conditioning works. a bar and restaurant next to reception. the transfer to the airport is very fast, ask at reception, it costs €5.

Very convenient place to stay the night before a flight. I booked a room with a king-sized bed but got 2 doubles. Trip.com says there is room service and that the shuttle is free - both not true. When you read the restaurant menu, it's also not true. They only offer pizza or lasagna.
