Very friendly reception staff, detailed guidance and could help us to keep our luggage after checked out. 7 mins walking distance to metro station, just 4mins to Duomo di Milano.

Despite being is a busy city of Milan, this hotel isn’t open 24hrs. We had an evening flight to Milan and due to delays, we did not get to the hotel until 11:12. The hotel closes from 11pm-7am and they informed us via email at 10pm… We were stuck outside calling with no answer and no response. They left two girls stuck in Milan with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night leaving us distressed and potentially in danger. The emails we received the next day were blunt and unhelpful and just generally out a downer the our holiday. I would strongly urge you to reconsider booking this hotel.

Property is in a great location only a 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet and staff were friendly. Only down side was the shower was tiny and being tall it was hard to adjust.

The hotel is 2 floors in a residential building with flats. Room doesn’t look like the pictures. Bathroom is old with pained tiles. There is no mini bar. We could hear our neighbour coughing as if he was in our room. Stuff was making a lot of noise in the morning making it impossible to rest. There are much better choices within this price range.

Great friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Conveniento to Metro. Great neighborhood to stay in as a tourist.

The room was accommodating for what I needed. Sure it got warm, but the AC unit in the room would get it nice and comfortable in just a couple minutes making it not even a hassle or problem. I wish I got the name of the man who was running for the few days I stayed there, but he was a pleasant person to talk to and I could listen to him talk about the history of Italy and Milan for hours on end if I could. Overall, for my first time out of country, this hotel was a good place for me to stay and the people behind the counter at all times were friendly.

The location is good and staff friendly. The room was tiny and really old-fashioned. The ancient air conditioner didn’t really work properly.

What I didn’t like about this property is the attention of a lady We were fixing bags and we weren’t aware of clean up of the room, the girl knock the door and we told her we were still at the room so we finish making and weight our bags when this woman that is in charge of the breakfast kick the door as a ****** I open the door and start screaming at me, told her to calf down and she keeps, even when I went down she kept screaming like a ******, not even my mother scream me as she did. She should take customer service classes, she has no maters

A basic hotel, adequate and with good transport links to central Milan.

Turned up 15 minutes late and the hotel was closed. Even though the room was pre paid for 3 nights it seems that paying over 400 euro (which I doubt I'll see again) wasn't enough to warrant a phone call for an explanation. 11:15pm and the place is closed for the night and I had to find another hotel. I can't really comment on the rooms I never got to see one, to be honest I don't think I ever will!

Lovely small hotel in a very good location in Milan. Close to the metro but only 25 mins from the centre. Exceptionally clean and very friendly. Parking and they allow dogs. A very good place to stay to see the sites of Milan. We would definitely stay here again.

My trip to Italy was cancelled and I did not stay at this hotel
