Although it is a 15min walk from the Milano Centrale, the hotel is easy to find. The staff at reception is nice. I can check in at 11am as the room is available. The room and the washroom is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable.

Wonderful hotel. Felt great in the shower. Loved the hair dryer and luxury feel of the room. Staff were kind and helpful. Great value. I suggest not staying on the block that the hotel is on because it felt dangerous at times with people loitering across the street at all hours. Check out the Main Street or across it, there is a 24h place next to the square. Management should consider posting the “mini-bar” prices near the snacks to avoid surprising guests with a bill for €3.50 per bottle.

Great stay! The hotel is sleek, modern, and spotless. Close to metro station. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Our room had a small balcony, and despite being on a street,it wasn’t noisy.

My Second time staying heree! Abit of a walk from the central train station but other than that the hotel is perfect and service was great too!

TV need to be upgraded. Most of the TV Channels cannot be watched because TV signal is weak. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

Got a free upgrade upon arrival! Very friendly front desk!! Nice view, high level & cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit!

Staffs were very nice and provided full information of hotel. The room is very nice and all facilities were new and satisfactory for me . Besides, they prepared welcome gifts by person Breakfast is great !! And the location with good views !

Nice and new, clean room and very spacious! Near the Milano central train station and also a metro! Got upgraded to the junior suite too!

I stayed for two nights, and the hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Milan Central Station. They also offered an early check-in, which was a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was decent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff was generally polite, but I felt they could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it was a standard experience without any standout features.

Hotel is located next to Lima metro station and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station. Room size is good and the decoration is modern, except the air conditioning is not cold enough. We adjusted it to the lowest temperature and was still not cold enough. We had to open the window for a few hours before we went to bed. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive. I had to thank Manuel who arranged us to go in the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened as we had to leave for the airport early. Everything went through smoothly. I enjoyed the stay very much at NH Milano Buenos Aires.
