Amazing place, in a unique location opposite the Duomo Cathedral. The quality was excellent, it was brand-new, and the staff super helpful . We will definitely come back! They resolved immediately an issue we faced in the bathroom. Really the best place to be when visiting Milano!

My wife got a good deal on this hotel. At first it seems out of the way, but it is close to M1 underground line (Gambara closest stop). Plus there were quite a few very good restaurants within walking distance (＜15 min). We walked in to the centre of the city a number of times - around 40 minutes, but no big deal for us. I'd joined my wife at the last minute and the hotel were very generous and didn't request a supplement, which was not expected and obviously highly appreciated! All staff were polite and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast room on the top floor was great - light and bright with views west over the roof tops. We would recommend this hotel!

I found this to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It started with the reluctance of the person checking me in ot accept a 50 euro bill (all that I had) for the hotel tax (which I thought was included in the taxes I paid to Trip.com). I then asked about a place to eat or buy some food since I had been on mass transit for 2 hours getting to the hotel. I was told there was nothing nearby and the restaurant would not open for 2 hours. I relied on google and found a Mercato a short 8-minute walk from the hotel. Upon returning I found the lift was not operating so I had to climb to the 7th floor (not pleasant given the hassle I had getting to the hotel in the first place). Once in the room, I tried to call the front desk but the phones weren't working. I called on my cell phone to find out that the internet and phones were not operating (no internet for the entire stay). I then decided to take a swim, but the pool closed at 7 pm (it's daylight until almost 11 pm). All in all, an unpleasant hotel experience. I would never stay at another Novotel.

Sangat selesa dan susun atur bilik sangat berpatutan. Terdapat juga tab mandi, dan wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat ramah. serba lengkap. Amat disyorkan. Saya akan menempah hotel ini lain kali saya datang ke Milan

不知是那一方責任, 明明訂房時是選擇了雙床, 兩份早餐, 價錢亦已付雙床雙早, 另在REMARKS處寫明”必須要雙床房”, 但到店時酒店全不知情, 告知沒有收到任何註明客戶需要, 需取房同事跟酒店前台交涉一段時間才能取到房, 入住經驗非常失望.

Wonderful customer service! Perhaps the best in all my stays in Milano for the past 10+ years as I have been traveling/living in this city for work. Special thanks to Luca for his courtesy and help even at the craziest hours of the day and to Giuseppe for his professionalism and the amazing way he engages with the clients to ensure satisfaction. The location is near many attractions by Metro and nice that it is away from the most traditional touristic hotels that have lost the meaning of true hospitality.
