Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Milan

Abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel Meliá a fine Agosto La posizione è ottima , a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata Lotto (metro rossa) che in poche fermate porta al Duomo, e a 10 minuti a piedi da San Siro Hall di grande impatto Camere pulite ma un po’ antiquate soprattutto nel bagno.( doccia nella vasca da bagno ) Non ci sono prese elettriche vicino al letto. Personale molto gentile e cordiale Colazione a buffet buona e ben assortita. (20 euro a testa) Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (2euro l’ora) oppure convenzionato è coperto accanto all’hotel.

Adoro questo boutique hotel, è apparentemente piccolo in realtà è pieno di camere... ma l'ordine regna sovrano ... le camere (senza Tv, tanto chi guarda la tv in Hotel ormai) sono una diversa dall'altra con opere d'arte sempre diverse, e da molte di queste si può ammirare la galleria vittorio emanuele in tutto il suo splendore . Personale sempre efficiente, e comodo servizio di car-valet (a pagamento)

Расположение было отличное, в пешей доступности до Миланского собора. За окном был ремонт дорог, так что вид не завораживал и к тому же этаж был низкий. Соотношение цены и качества немного не соответствует.

非常喜歡阿瑪尼酒店的風格，極簡主義設計理念，房間麪積不算很大，不過在歐洲的市中心裏的酒店也基本上是這樣了，位置絕佳，吃飯逛街去景點方便至極，十分推薦，就是早餐另付比較貴。

A beautiful property literally a few steps from the station, yet once you step inside you feel a sense of calm and luxury due to the beautiful surroundings and very hospitable staff, from the bellmen, to the front desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Our small room with a queen bed in the 6th floor and overlooked the station exterior and park. It was very clean and well appointed. Only the desk looked a bit worn, but certainly a minor point. Comfy beds and pillows. Coffee machine, tea machine, and we loved the Aqua di Parma toiletries with lovely scents. The buffet breakfast was excellent where again, service was very good. I enjoyed the spa services, including the steam room and salt room. Robes and slippers provided and the facilities were complimentary, including the gym and pool. The spa/gym were sparkling and high-end. To top it off, there was a very convenient complimentary hotel shuttle to take you to the sightseeing area of the Duomo and La Scala, and famous shopping area. We felt pampered during our stay!! Highly recommend.

This was an amazing hotel with friendly staff! I stayed there for a night but definitely will go back to enjoy spa and delicious food!! Family room was super comfortable and more than enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this hotel for not only business trips but also if you are traveling to Milan to explore the city. Location was super convenient too…

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

The only place I will stay in Milan!! Would come back even if only for the incredible staff, however, the hotel itself is stunning. Andrea and Sergio from the Concierge made our entire stay! Would return just for them! They went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs everywhere we went. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. A piece of history perfectly preserved. The rooms are old world charm with modern amenities. The view was absolutely stunning. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was right at home. The breakfast was lovely, the lounge bar had great vibes, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. You can walk to everything, the opera, shopping, the duomo. Wish I could actually live there. See you soon!

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.
