Ho pernottato all'hotel Corallo due notti in una camera doppia. L'Hotel è normale, nulla di particolarmente pretenzioso ma comunque di discreto livello; la mia camera non era molto grande ma era abbastanza funzionale grazie all'armadio ed alla televisione, mentre la vista dalla finestra non era granché e soprattutto il bagno non finestrato non era particolarmente gradevole. Ad ogni modo, per il prezzo (circa 35€ a notte, tasse incluse) andava bene e dovessi tornare in zona ci farei di nuovo tappa senza troppi problemi.

Hotel ini layak mendapat penilaian yang baik secara keseluruhan. Bilik-bilik bagaimanapun tidak begitu mengasingkan bunyi, bermakna seseorang boleh mendengar tetamu dari sebelah. Kami mempunyai bilik dengan katil bersaiz king tetapi cadar itu kelihatan terlalu kecil kerana ia terus menyatukan dirinya. Keseluruhan hotel bersih dengan kedudukan pusat yang lebih kurang.

Located super close to the metro station, which makes moving around the city very easy. The station does not have the intercity trains, but it’s very easy to get to. The hotel itself was great. Staff was super friendly, hotel food was delicious, and it wasn’t too crazy overpriced. My wife had breakfast during our one day stay and she loved the variety of Italian cuts and cheeses. The bar has a calm, peaceful ambiance with a great wine selection. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, compliments to them! Location is good, close to Garibaldi train station, albeit still a solid +10 minutes walk to the station hall, but also with 3 tram stops next to the hotel. Rooms however are not in the best state, with dated furniture, and many bathroom facilities not working (such as bidet, toilet flush button, and showerhead). Rooms were also tiny, even for Italian standards very small, and my room was only equipped with one set of towels. Another set was found in the closet, but disintegrated upon use and spread white fluff /everywhere/. Hotel also does not have a place to stop for 5 minutes and offload luggage for guests traveling by car, as the main entrance is located at a busy road intersection. No doorman or porter present. Cleanliness is acceptable, although the aged rooms feel worn and used.

The hotel has nice rooms and a very gentle staff. We have great breakfast, with a lot of variety in food, to start our days. Exploring Milan can be done from a good location, because the hotel is easily accessible by metro from the heart of the city.

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, ottima pulizia e posizione eccellente, a soli 600 metri dalla metropolitana. Purtroppo, molto scomoda la nostra stanza, la 306, che, essendo mansardata, era talmente calda che anche l’aria condizionata necessitava di moltissimo tempo per rendere la temperatura minimamente accettabile, questo solo in camera perché in bagno abbiamo sempre fatto delle vere e proprie saune. Dalla finestra entrava solo tanto rumore e tante zanzare, niente aria, dal momento che, proprio davanti, ad un metro di distanza, c’era un casottino di metallo e un’infinità di rumorosissimi tubi (foto), di notte è stato davvero difficile riposare… Il soffitto sopra il letto, decisamente molto basso, non ha aiutato… Concludendo: se dovessimo tornare, rigorosamente non al terzo piano e, soprattutto, mai più nella 306!

Very nice hotel in Milan, easy to reach the center by the near station. The restaurant ”eat to me” is very good, especially for the service of the kind Sonia and the great Miky (oldi) at the bar! I suggest the typical Italian dishes and the cocktails. We will for sure come back soon!

The hotel was really, really great! It was the most pleasant surprise hotel of my entire trip to Italy! First of all, the location is excellent, right next to the train station (very friendly for travelers who have to catch a train and carry big suitcases) and very, very close to Milan Cathedral and shopping! Secondly, the hotel's facilities and services are awesome, the rooms are big and clean, and there's free water to drink in the mini bar.

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.

We both liked this hotel. Italian hotels can be variable and hotel near stations especially so. However the San Guido was fine. We received a friendly welcome from the person on reception and were pleasantly surprised by our room, which was quite spacious, with a separate hall and a large bathroom. The furniture and fittings were charmingly old fashioned. My wife was particularly taken with the light fittings on the landing. A tram line runs in front of the hotel and you could hear the trams rumbling by but it wasn’t loud enough to be disturbing. Breakfast was included and it was fine. We had a problem finding the hotel when walking from the nearby station. Google recommended leaving by a side door and walking through a car park. However, even if we could have found that exit, it didn’t seem a wise route to choose in the dark. We left by the main entrance and it took a while for Siri to figure out our best route to the hotel. The good news is we found a row of nearby restaurants where we later ate dinner.

Extremely loud place, extremely hot place ... You have to choose: open the window, but forget having any sleep because it will be too noisy ... or close the window and die in a warm, humid room. There is no air conditioning or even ventilation. Only a pity little fan, that only makes it worse. The second thing ... I've never slept on such a bad bed, tragic mattresses and small pillows, and the beds slide around. You get abused furniture. We couldn't take the horror anymore, so we had to call expeidia and got a new hotel, but b&b did not respond when they called them... they didn't respond at all. There's no reception to ask about anything, they dont answer when you write to them... we haven't got our money back, and properly won't. So don't book this ”hotel”, it will be a great mistake!
