I found this to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It started with the reluctance of the person checking me in ot accept a 50 euro bill (all that I had) for the hotel tax (which I thought was included in the taxes I paid to Trip.com). I then asked about a place to eat or buy some food since I had been on mass transit for 2 hours getting to the hotel. I was told there was nothing nearby and the restaurant would not open for 2 hours. I relied on google and found a Mercato a short 8-minute walk from the hotel. Upon returning I found the lift was not operating so I had to climb to the 7th floor (not pleasant given the hassle I had getting to the hotel in the first place). Once in the room, I tried to call the front desk but the phones weren't working. I called on my cell phone to find out that the internet and phones were not operating (no internet for the entire stay). I then decided to take a swim, but the pool closed at 7 pm (it's daylight until almost 11 pm). All in all, an unpleasant hotel experience. I would never stay at another Novotel.

A prescindere dai criteri seguiti per l'assegnazione del ”super”, non posso esimermi dal notare che mi aspettavo molto di più. L'hotel, pur se posto in posizione comoda è in un posto decisamente poco bello, che non invita di certo a una passeggiata. La struttura vista da fuori è decisamente brutta, e una volta dentro ci si trova a salire una ripida, anche se corta, scala senza alcun ausilio. La hall è costituita da 2 divani prospicienti la suddetta scala, e la sala ristorante dove ci hanno servito la prima colazione, quasi deprimente, piccola e con arredamento ultra spartano. Ed a proposito di colazione, il costo della stessa mi è apparso esorbitante, visto quanto offerto (tra l'altro il salato era costituito da formaggini Susanna e una poco gradevole torta rustica). La stanza era grande e bella, con un balconcino e un comodo bagno. Molto calda. Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale. Il prezzo decisamente alto.

Breakfast was great with a wide spread buffet. Twin room is a little small as we had a L shape room layout. Location of the hotel is very convenient, next to Lima station. We didn’t use the hotel’s facilities as we were out for both days.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights during a visit to Milan and the northern Italian lakes. I had visited Milan a few times before but this was the first time we stayed here. Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel is conveniently located for a tourist visit to Milan. Not in the busiest part of the center of the city, but sufficiently close and with a metro station very close by that allows you to get to most sights and museums swiftly. There is also a limousine service provided by the hotel to the city center but we didn’t use that. We booked a superior room: spacious with a nice bathroom with separate bathtub and shower (something I like). The furnishing of the room was very stylish and in tune with the rest of the hotel. The room was on a side of the hotel which was fairly quiet. A good bed (a bit soft for my taste, but one adapts). Fresh fruit in the room and every day fresh water for the both of us. We didn’t use the mini-bar but it looked well-stocked. Good-sized safe. Overall good service as regards make-up of the room, turn-down service, etc. My better half enjoyed the pool. We didn’t use the spa services. Breakfast was good without being exceptional, but if you are into a big breakfast lots of additional possibilities are available. We did eat dinner at the restaurant one evening (we usually prefer to explore and eat outside). That was very good with excellent food, a very good selection of wine (obviously heavily tilted to the Italian side), a some nice extra options (I enjoyed a very good port after dinner). Overall service was excellent, friendly and very professional in all departments. The hotel and its facilities and furnishings are very nice, with a lot of nice design touches. All very traditional, luxurious yet tasteful. A very nice touch was that when we got back to our room in the afternoon of the birthday of my better half we found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a nice birthday cake. A very nice personal touch which we greatly appreciated. This is obviously not an economy hotel, but I would recommend it highly. It lives up to its luxury rating and really impressed me with its professionalism and service. Worth its price. Would certainly book there again if I went back to Milan.

I recently had a wonderful stay with my mother . Right from Check in we were pleased to note that all our requirements had been met and were given a very quiet room on the 4th floor having booked a stay for 5 nights . Our experience at Breakfast and Dinner was just as pleasant with great friendly warm service and we were spoilt for choice by the variety of the breakfast and certainly enjoyed . nothing appeared to much for the staff who were able to meet any special requests. The reception team helped guide us with a free map and directions and tips to Lake Como and the train stations times etc as well as the local tram services. A taxi was always available within 5 mins ordered by the hotel . having travelled globally for Business and Leisure the staff here are a credit to the hotel . whilst sitting in the lounge we observed how the reception team were so friendly and warm to all customers and they worked together as a Team throughout the hotel . It made out trip very easy and we were able to experience the spa and indoor pool on our rest days . I will be returning to this hotel again and have already recommended it to my friends .Great location to for transport -trams and train station within walking distance. We would like o give a special mention to Tiziana Andrea Lucrezia Silvia Marco Clara Leonardo and the young man who was on his shift and Alessandro who checked us in . Thank you for such a memorable holiday .

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Hotel completo di ogni servizio. Buona la colazione e ottima la pulizia delle stanze.Si raggiunge facilmente se si ha la macchina e c'è anche il parcheggio. Accettano anche i cani senza aggiungere sovrapprezzo.
