Very quiet, good service, suitable for self-driving

Six senses is an immense site that covers many premises located on the hillside. it might be not easy to feel mobile but it also gives you the chance to create your own personal space with privacy. We have stayed at the ridge terrace rooms with seaview and pool, the rooms are super comfy and spacious. The amenities are sufficient. The housekeeping and the room service teams are working efficiently. We hang out at the main beach and family beach, the sand is smooth and the water is clear turquoise. we adored the homemade ice cream & sorbets, it was a great motivation to have a break from sun & sea. We have tried out every restaurant during our stay for dinners. We have enjoyed the good food at any place, the service team is also reliable and helpful. After a nice early dinner it is lovely to hangout at the sunset bar while having a digestif and watching the sunset. Spa is literally huge! There are numerous treatment rooms, the therapists were very efficient and professional, I have enjoyed my treatments. We appreciate the hard work to run such a huge operation in local socio economic dynamics. In particular Dilek has supported us at any moment for any question. She has very resolution oriented approach and has a good sense of responsibility on any issue. We appreciate her extra efforts. We will always remember the taste of the vegetables that she picked up from earth lab for us... There are not any attitudes of spoiled rich upper class guests at this resort which we have looked for. There is strong sense of calmness, dignity.. We have enjoyed our stay, we wish all the best to the Six Senses Kaplankaya team.

overrated hotel… with a too high opinion of itself. Bought a plot of land in the middle of nowhere .. built some villas and priced everything out of proportion. If you’re rich enough and dumb enough .. go there and see for yourself. There are 100’s of other far better exclusive hotels in the world that do it a lot better.

Had an amazing time. Everyone and everything like the food and the cleanliness was outstanding and a special thank you to DİLEK who ensured all was good and made it extremely warm and homely for us. I will definitely consider coming back. Thank you. 🙏

It was an unforgettable experience at Six Sense Kaplankaya! We will definitely come back next summer! The breakfast was amazing and the whole resort was just so beautiful! Our personal host Bușra was super mindful and very professional. She really made our stay even better!

The kids club was great! It was the first time we felt comfortable leaving our little one in a kids club and they were caring, engaging, very communicative and had an amazing set of activities for the kids too. The spa was amazing too - and the therapists there were the best I’ve experienced in a long time.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the car pick-up service provided during my recent stay at SIX SENSE KAPLANKAYA. I had booked and paid for the car pick-up service as an added convenience during my visit. However, when I depart from the hotel, the staff informed me that someone had taken my car, leaving me without transportation. This resulted in me having to pay extra for a taxi to reach my destination, which was an unexpected and unnecessary expense. As a valued guest of your hotel, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. The failure to ensure the availability of my reserved car pick-up service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star establishment. I have requested that a full refund with receipt for the car pick-up service. I wrote many email to your guest relationship for the refund confirmation and receipt, however NO ONE care for our request.

There are many aspects about this hotel that are great but the beach arrangement is flawed. There is a children’s beach but there is no adults only beach so if you are unfortunate enough to get a noisy family the peace and tranquility you crave for as an adult is ruined.

I cannot praise all of the staff at Six Senses Kaplankaya enough. We had an absolutely wonderful time with our young baby at the hotel and a lot of it was down to the service we received from everyone at the hotel, who were so warm, attentive and responsive. From a practical perspective, we found that the hotel has more than enough, modern facilities and everything a young family would need. A special thanks to Maryna who looked after us and our little one so well and made us feel at home from the start. Emel who was covering the breakfast service was a joy to see every morning. Also Cihan, one of the gentlemen ferrying us back and forth to our room from the main building who took us to the best spot for stunning sunset family photos! Those are just a couple of the individuals but we honestly feel that everyone we came across at the hotel would go out of their way to help. Would love to go back again when our little one is slightly older to make use of the kids club!

We had an incredible experience at the Six Senses Kaplankaya. Visiting in May, we found the hotel to be wonderfully private, allowing us to enjoy a serene and peaceful environment. The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with Cem and Hazal making our visit truly memorable. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality were unparalleled. We highly recommend the Six Senses Kaplankaya, especially in the off-season. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and outstanding service that will make any stay unforgettable.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to praise the staff here, who offered service, service, service. Exceptionally run, with superb facilities for those who take health and fitness seriously. Minimal plastic on site and all water served in glass bottles. Able to cater for celiacs. Recommended.

This was a truly memorable experience and we will certainly return to Six Senses Kaplankaya next season. All the staff were incredibly attentive, professional and worked tirelessly to make this a special trip, going the extra mile wherever possible.

First class operation. My personalized yoga program was just as I wanted. Early morning yoga, the day in the beautiful private beach with time to swim and relax and a massage each day around 5 pm. The therapists were experienced and professional and the two yoga teachers Gulis and Nandini experts in their field. The ethos of Kaplankaya is health and wellbeing. I enjoyed every minute and returned home rested, and elated with renewed bigour and mindset. Thank you to all the staff who were trained to give personal service.
