As a Front Office Manager, I value warm and engaging hospitality. Unfortunately, my check-in and check-out experiences felt purely transactional — check-in was particularly underwhelming. At checkout, there was no inquiry about my stay, nor was any extra assistance offered. Overall, interactions at check-in, breakfast, and checkout lacked warmth. While staff were polite, they weren’t proactive.
The property itself is clean, conveniently close to the airport, and responsive to emails. There is a vending machine on site, and breakfast was average, with limited options. The room was exactly like the photo. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well, which I appreciated. However, the shower in my room needs attention, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and it would have been nice to have water provided in the room. I was also informed at check-in that the security deposit could only be placed on a credit card, although I had read that cash was an option.
Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but improving guest engagement and Wi-Fi would greatly enhance the experience.
