Hotel Millcreek Township dengan Gim

Great hotel! Hospitality of the employees here top any hotel we stayed at. Breakfasts were great and saved a lot of money for us!! Very clean hotel. Easy access along the Mill Creek Mall entrance. Each room has a fridge, stove and microwave. Has a nice smaller sized pool. Definitely will come back here.

This was my second time staying at this property. I figured I would stick with something familiar. The hotel is in a good location with easy access on and off the interstate. There are several places to eat and shop within walking distance. The person working the front desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in a snap. The room I was initially assigned was not up to standards. The bathroom and sink area were cleaned in a half-hazard manner. The staff member working the front desk apologized and assigned a new room. The second room was spacious, clean, up-to-date, and quiet. Common areas were clean and also up-to-date. This is not a top-tier Marriott property but it is nice and my stay was enjoyable. I will stay here a third time if I find myself needing an Erie hotel.

This was our second stay at this Homewood Suites for business purposes. The first time we were here, we arrived pretty late on a Sunday night, and the mall that was in close proximity to the hotel was closed and dark - the area looked kind of creepy. Add to that the fact that one of the party was awakened in the night by the sound of something going on outside, and looked out to see someone rooting around in the trunk of one of the vehicles, and police taking them away in handcuffs. This most likely colored our perception of the place. This time, however, was a different story. We arrived early in the evening, the stores in the mall were still open, and there were no incidents in the night. Our room was very clean and nice. Not sure if the suites on the 2nd floor are nicer than those on the third floor (where we were placed on our earlier visit), but this room seemed to be a cut above what our recollection of the last stay was. If things have been improved, then bravo!

We checked in July 26 for a family trip to a filthy room. Urine and feces soaked towels in the tub. Blood on the furniture and used kleenex in the box. When calling the desk the gentleman asked us to bring the towels down for clean ones. Finally we were transferred to another equally filthy room. When we went to complain we were told they were short on workers and we could just leave. We were told we would be issued a refund and to just leave. Upon leaving 2 more families were making the same complaints. A few days after the hotel told me absolutely no refunds! Stay away from this hotel!

I stayed here for 10 days. First, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I interacted most with Dawn (the manager) and Jasmine (night manager?). They made staying there much easier. Super accommodating, allowing me late check in and out. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. Location was great. Free parking outside. It's right on the mall and in close proximity to a lot of other shops, restaurants and coffee. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a long term stay for the travel nurses and rotating students out there. My room had pretty much everything I needed during my stay and I was very pleased with it. You have a standard room and a mini kitchen. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, mini stove top, pots/pans and all cooking utensils you'd need. The hotel also had other cooking appliances (air fryer, hand grill, toaster over, etc) for you to check out as well. This made cooking for myself a lot easier and not needing to buy food everyday. The hotel also has a pool and a small gym (has a cable machine with some attachments, up to 25 lbs dumbbells, a bench, some yoga mats, and some cardio machines) and free laundry. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. Will be staying here again my next time in Erie.
