Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Theatre District)

Stayed at this Premier hotel in Milton Keynes and it was just okey. The rooms are very basic and the service only average. Was placed in a room with a window that couldn’t open and found the room rather stuffy. It’s only a basic hotel but conveniently located. Would only go back if I have no alternative in Milton Keynes.

The bed was wobbly, need replacing or repair.

It is a Premier Inn and does what Premier Inn do well and the room is functional and I got a good night's sleep. The staff were lovely especially Arychana and Chett-Anisa. The cooked breakfast buffet may have suffered from lack of throughput as the food had that look and feel of having spent just a little too long on the hotplate, but was still tasty. Maybe this Tuesday morning was just quiet.

Hotel is in a great location near the Theatre, bars and restaurants. Other than the location a pretty standard Premier Inn. Just a few tips: Our room had a shower over the bath but the bath was very slippery. The window doesn’t open for fresh air, there is air con. Parking in front of the hotel is £5.00 but with a disabled badge there is free parking 2 mins walk away.

Stayed here on Sunday 5th May. Had a lovely meal in the Restaurant, our server Maddy was very friendly and polite, she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was cooked well and was very tasty. The room we stayed in was clean and well stocked. The night team member Dan was funny and a nice guy.

Drove here and arrived at 14:30, paid for an hour in the car park in front and went to reception. A man (no hair, thick beard) said it was too early to check-in, and I asked if he could check my booking and leave the bags. He said it was ok and I could just leave my bags and I will get a tag, so once that got arranged went for lunch. After that, had to top up parking (until 6) and headed at 15:20 to the hotel. To my surprise, on my return, both kiosks not working (bad preparation), and there were over 15 people waiting in line for one poor gentleman trying to check us all in on a single computer. 30 minutes go by and it's finally my turn.. I'm at the wrong hotel! There are 2 within 5 minutes drive. All of this could have been avoided if the first person I met would have checked my booking. Time lost, now I need to pay for parking at the new location again and frustrated. It was something so simple. Do better in the future, I beg you please...

I’d give the staff a 5 out of 5, Hassan was so helpfully, he gave me and my colleague good information about the surrounding area, best staff members you got. Me and my colleague was confused about are rooms weather we had one or two book, he was extremely helpful with fine out the information for us. Hassan is a top guy, he looks very friendly and helpful at all times

Hotel was understaffed and the two who were struggling to manage front of house and the bar were visibly distressed and making silly mistakes.

Popped in for a Breakfast and it was Perfect, loved the scrabble eggs and sausage, the lady chef named " Onn " was very polite. Thank you very very Yummy. The restaurant was clean. Tables were laid out perfectly. I will definitely be coming back again when I am hungry.
