Great location and comfy bed, but weirdly the sign outside the window was making a lot of noise in the wind overnight!

Great hotel to stay with sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative is the £11 charge for overnight parking. Should be free for guests.

Nice hotel, nice and good rooms, friendly receptionist guy(Raj) but only problem is the car park unavailability

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, which is probably the best I can say about this hotel. The bathroom however was disgusting with grouting missing and mouldy, cracked tiles and the top missing from the hot water tap. When I complained to reception the receptionist was not surprised but said the bathroom was clean and okay. She said they were waiting for Green King to approve repairs and the room was okay. I was made to feel that I was complaining over nothing, but she did throw a half hearted 'sorry' as we walked away. I do not think it is okay to rent a room in such as bad state of repair. We were not offered a solution or the chance to change to a better room, bad customer service. We were on the ground floor and were kept awake by drunken shouting until 2.00a.m. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it is adjacent to a rowdy pub and customers should be aware of this. Would not stay here again.

Good location which take 10 mins from Train station. A very big supermarket next to hotel, and many restaurants around that easy to have food or replenishment from supermarket. Good service, staff is nice and helpful!! A welcome cocktail on arrival, so lovely.

UK.trip.com offered a brilliant discount but booking direct was over priced for this type of hotel Quite a spacious room but no fridge and no way to co Troy temperature. Very high beds and very, very soft pillows but beautiful linen and towels. Everything new and fresh. Really well situated for the theatre and nice walk very nearby.
