PPengguna TetamuI have been visiting this spa hotel for many years. Since 2015. I have a tattoo and never had any problems, I am a foreigner. Last Saturday I went back to the bathtubs as usual and about 20 minutes later several staff showed up saying that I couldn't be there with a tattoo. The tattoo is very small, but I said yes, because it is the norm. But I also told them that there was a Japanese man with a huge tattoo in the same room, so they remained silent and pretended they didn't understand me, I pointed out that guy and they left ignoring me. Immediately another person from the staff arrived and told me to stay but to cover my tattoo, I told him no, I wanna return to home, i will leave fast the hotel, then he forced me to put a towel on, grabbed my arm and hurt me, and repeat to me stay in the bath. I recommend all foreigners with tattoos not to visit the hotel, because the rules are a bit strange, it is not allowed to bathe with tattoos, but Japanese people with tattoos are allowed, and then when you agree and want to leave the bath, they violently try to make you stay, and covering your body. I do not recommend a place like this, they are criminals and weird staff. The quality of the viking also went down a lot, it's not like before, the food is greasy and the fish smells rotten, the meat is bacon, not steak like 2 years ago.
