Qiyuan Hotel

First of all, the hotel's hardware conditions are very good, and it is definitely a five-star hotel. However, I do not recommend staying in this hotel. Apart from the hardware, the software level is not as good as the fast 1. I checked in and got the room card, but none of the room cards could open the door. I went downstairs to make a new card because the local old lady hired by the front desk did not know the check-in procedure 2. When communicating with the service, they didn't have this or that. I can understand, but the general tone was like they owed me money. They didn't even know a general greeting like hello 3. I checked into this hotel because I saw the swimming pool and wanted to exercise. As a result, when I arrived at the site, they replied: Because they didn't recruit a lifeguard, the swimming pool was not open. I was so angry. I can't complain, this is a five-star hotel!

The quality of the front desk is really poor, is it worthy of a new opening?

酒店設施新但裝修味道重；設施不全還設計虛假宣傳，不存在宣傳的*；體重計沒電、枕頭勾絲刮臉；浴缸未配置泡澡袋、防滑墊還放在浴缸裏；前台服務落後，酒店辦理入住和續住繁瑣複雜，等待時間久，僅入住辦理就30分鐘；衞生維護不到位，酒店打掃未補齊須泡等用具。早餐種類豐富，口感味道很好，但人多等待時間久，還出現服務人員把未食用的食物直接收走情況。

第一次很認真的給酒店寫評價，因為它值得。這是春節自駕以來住過最舒心也最良心的一家酒店沒有之一。強烈安利給大家。首先在春節期間福州的酒店價格真的太離譜了，能看上的也都一兩千起步，全家5口需要2間房，於是我們邊走邊停來到了閩清，酒店是新開業的，卻給了我們5星級的體驗。你敢信嗎才4開頭一晚，對於我們來説很友好了。有種家的感覺，全屋智能化，除了乾淨還是乾淨，酒店的自助早餐也能好吃，沒有因為贈送而敷衍，途中寶寶發燒我們多留宿了一晚。和經理説明瞭情況還特地給我們熬了白米粥，真的很感謝。交通也很便利，開車到三坊七巷不到一小時，也能接受。有機會的話以後還會住這家酒店。對了風景也很美，空氣清新。

酒店遠超預期，一進大廳就給人驚喜，大氣高端，酒店房間又大又幹靜，全智能化操作，衞生間超級大，智能馬桶，有浴缸，乾濕分離，處處給人驚喜，早餐超級豐盛，絕對是物超所值，性價比極高的酒店。這一路入住體驗最好的酒店。

酒店的環境很棒，特別是大堂非常的氣派，特別的大，設計的風格十分的現代化，住在客房裡麪感覺十分舒服， 房間還配了一個浴缸，泡澡很舒服；尤其誇讚的是酒店2樓的福滙餐廳，美食太多啦，而且吃起來很美味，甜點還多；酒店的周邊還有健身設施和小童玩耍設施，還有湖邊垂釣，真的很不錯，甚至還有游泳池和健身房，希望下次來的時候再去嘿嘿嘿！總之還是很棒噠！
