Hotel berhampiran Sapataria Fita, Mira

The Staff at Macarico Beach Hotel in Praia De Mira is wonderful and that's why I rated 4 stars. Everyone is very nice and professional, also very helpful. However the hotel needs a few things to change. The room has a glass bathroom with a sheer white curtain. No privacy to use toilet. Showering isn't a big deal but myself and boyfriend felt uncomfortable using the toilet to relief our stomach. We had to leave the room or sit on the balcony while the other was on the toilet. Also there was no shelf in the shower to put soap, shampoo or shower gel. The balcony needs a screen to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room. We wanted an ocean view with a balcony so we can hear the ocean while sleeping. But mosquitoes came in because of no screen door. The hallway needed more lights, was dark in the night. Also the breakfast was not the best. Not many options. A few pastries and the same watery eggs with mushrooms. I was not impressed with the breakfast. Also the laundry service was very expensive. I wanted 2 jeans and 4 sweaters to be washed in cold water. They charged 31 Euros. After that I had to look for a Laundromat and find time to wash clothes on my vacation. We were there for 13 days and I don't like to have dirty clothes in my luggage. One of the reasons why I chose Macarico because they offered laundry service, but I was not aware of how expensive it would be to wash a few pieces of clothing. I paid 10 Euros to wash and dry a load of clothes at the Lavandaria 5 minutes away from the hotel. The pool is small and so is the gym. I didn't have the chance to try their Spa. Overall I would not recommend Macarico Beach Hotel in Praia De Mira nor will I stay there again. Look into an Airbnb or different hotel.

This is my go to hotel every year. The best hotel around this area in Portugal. The ladies are amazing. From front desk to the cleaning staff. They will amaze you with their kidness. They go above and beyond to meet our needs. My daughter doesn't drink regular milk and they provided almond milk as soon as they found out that that is the type of milk she drinks. Breakfast is amazing and fresh. The Coffee machines are incredible. You can get a fresh beverage 24/7. The place is the cleanest you will ever find. It is deserving if a 5 * review.

Great place to stay, right in the city centre, nearby the beach. Clean, light, new rooms fully equiped. Very friendly, supporting staff. Reasonable prince, good breakfest. Good place to stay for vacation or weekend, the only thing that there is noise from other rooms hearable.

The hotel has an excellent location for shopping, eating, and the train station. We had our luggage forwarded to this location as we walked the Camino, and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Easy, courteous checkin. There is a one-person/luggage elevator available. My room on the first floor had high-ceilings, lots of sunlight, and a wonderful view. The bathroom was spacious, mixing old with new. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet. Breakfast is an efficient and adequate buffet served in a room downstairs. Coffee machines, toasters, meat and cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereals, etc. All buffet - nothing cooked to order, ie no eggs, etc. It worked for us. I must add that we had a couple of injuries in our 8-person group, due to walking the coastal Portuguese Camino. The staff were very helpful answering questions about medical attention, calling cabs, referring pharmacies.

Excellent city centre hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. excellent breakfast choice and good value for money. Easy to locate and very close to the city, quiet area with little traffic noise. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to other friends in Portugal. Well done to the management and staff for operating such a great hotel.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by Diana & Catia. They offered our friends and us a free room upgrade which was so kind. The rooms were themed. Our room was a classic decor and our friends' room was modern deco. Very comfortable beds and linens and the bathrooms were opulent! Both rooms had views of the canals with the colorful boats sailing up and down the canal. The breakfast was tasty, with many choices. Afternoon happy hour and snacks served by the friendly barman Ivo, made us feel like we were family. We needed a ride to Porto (about 1 1/2 hrs from Aveiro) and the Hotel recommended the very professional services of TaxiGlenn. Out of all the accommodations during our 5 week stay, Hotel Moliciero was by far the highlight stay for us!

Estive no hotel no mês de maio duas noites, funcionários super atenciosos e a limpeza dos quartos bem como da área comum espaço excepcional, pequeno almoço agradável. Tenho a lamentar a piscina interior não estar a funcionar e nem aviso ⚠️ aos hóspedes havia bem como solicitei o serviço de massagem pedi uma massagem de relaxamento e de relaxamento não teve nada o espaço onde era realizado o serviço de spa estava frio e pouco acolhedor escusado será dizer que estava gelada, saí da massagem ... Relaxar foi 0 a quando o fim da massagem em conversa com a massagista onde me foi dito que estava o A/C supostamente avariado!!! Massagem de relaxamento ao friooo nunca ! A única coisa que não recomendo no hotel QH quiaios seguramente é o spa ( há muito a melhor). Quanto ao resto foi uma estadia agradável

Boa localização e perto dos encantadores eventos do festival, a vista é agradável, um funcionário nos cumprimentou calorosamente no dia da chegada e forneceu informações e recomendações úteis, bom estacionamento, mas o quarto precisa ser melhorado, havia um cheiro terrível de mofo, provavelmente por que as janelas da sala estavam abertas quando chegamos. Colchão ruim, acordamos com dor nas costas, café da manhã básico, pouca manutenção, precisa trocar cortinas e lidar com o fluxo de água no banheiro. Um preço muito alto, muito mais do que gastamos em bons lugares, talvez por causa do festival ou de um fim de semana, mas no geral não gostamos da estadia porque o quarto não atendeu às expectativas básicas
