"We had a great stay at Hotel Humano. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was FANTASTIC. We arrived late at night and Pia at the reception desk was very accommodating and intuitive to our needs. She even provided us with a late check out the next day, which was super helpful given our flight time. She made us feel at home. Daniela in the restaurant was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, the food was great and room was spacious and comfortable, the best we experienced during our stay in Peru."

"Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast, very good location of the hotel. Miss. Palominos is somewhat authoritarian, she lacks empathy and improving her attitude towards the client/guest. Check-in was a bad experience with her at reception. The other employees do their jobs well."
