Modern and compact room. With a very good location, in the city center. Many restaurants, cafe & pub nearby. Free 1 scoop of gelato for the hotel guest.

One thing I'm not satisfied is the chef at the rooftop restaurant is not wearing chef hat. I don't really understand how a 4 star hotel F&B Manager manage their standard for the restaurant.

Friendly staffs & allow early check in provided room available that day. Room a bit small & in my opinion, sofa & coffee table not necessary so that got place to put big luggage. Love the bathroom tiles colours but wardrobe inside the bathroom seem inappropriate. Anyway comfort & nice stay at this hotel.

Let me share my experience at this hotel for the 3day and 2night stay for my sister birthday trip! Seriously “ This was the best hotel that i had visited. Salute to the all services from the entrance, check in and check out as well. The hotel staff beyond my expectations, i think they all well trained on providing services !! You all deserved five stars rates. I touched a-bit on the breakfast, not much variety on that day, But all was fine and acceptable. Anyway , all was the best! Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

My first visit to Miri was for a diving trip. While many wondered why I'd chosen Miri, I found it to be a quiet, peaceful, and prosperous town. Despite the warm weather, the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing, surprisingly even cooler than Shanghai. The hotel, recommended by a friend, was impressively modern and upscale, boasting an excellent location. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views, especially at sunset.

Room was comfortable and clean, big enough for a couple. Breakfast spread was good enough and delicious.

The room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back.

I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return
