I have visited about 86 resorts so far that is why I can judge objectively.  With no discusion the one of the best resorts in the Maldives. It is the staff that makes this place so special. Everyone is very friendly at every place and every moment and you feel like you are at home. This is the reason why we will definitely come back again and again. Mr. Mohamed Sharee General manager, he is manager in the right position. He is not just a GM like in other resorts. You can meet Mr. Sharee several times during the day solve every litle things for the guests to be absolutely satisfied. Extra cleanliness in every corner of the island. The finest sand at every step. If any resort is truly barefoot, it's only Mirihi.

 Mr. Pawan Rathi - housekeeping manager look after every single details to be sure that everything is to the satisfaction of the guests. Villas: very comfortables, great big bathroom, all you need. 
Room boy: absolutely clean villa every day. The boy work realy hard and do not forget about details. Quality of food is amazing, cannot be described, it must be experienced, absolutely the best we have ever had. Executive cheff Mr. Felix does everything down to the smallest details, adores his job and top quality is a matter of course for him. We must not forget to thank our boy from Bar Mr. Sudath. He made the best Iced coffe for me and drinks for my husband. Very nice guy and always smiling. I would like to make a particular mention for Mr. Shafraz, the best sommelier we ever met in Maldives. First of all - he is extremely professional. And very kind, willing and helpful at the same time. I very appreciate his professional, top-level approach in every possible way. We can not forget about the ”invisible“ members of the team, the ones the guests can not meet: the kitchen staff (without you the island would collapse), the laundry staff (without you we wouldn´t have clean towels, bed linen, bath-towels for the beach). We thank every employee of Mirihi. We hope that on our next visit we will have opportunity to attend yoga classes and the instructor will have a replacement during his vacation😉 Do not change anything, Mirihi is just PERFECT!

Very beautiful resort with friendly and professional staff. Exceptional service at arrival of airplane where we were greeted by an employee of the Conrad, checked in for seaplane and brought to a lovely lounge at the seaplane terminal . Upon arrival we were greeted by Khaleel who took great care of us and brought us directly to our two bedroom deluxe beach villa which was beautiful and spacious. We loved the pool/jacuzzi as well as the access to the beach and snorkeling. The snorkeling was a big disappointment compared to what it was 12 years ago. Not a lot of corals or fish to be seen. We also did the turtle excursion in which we saw one poor turtle that came of for a breath of air when the boat ahead of us pulled away and when we arrived he went straight down and stayed there. We also did a private boat hire for four hours in which we were able to see a whale shark but there were tons of boats and swimmers all jostling around him. This is not specific to the hotel but in general for the Maldives where there are less and less sea life due to climate change. However I cannot say enough about the Conrad resort which was outstanding. The Staff were all friendly and professional (with the exception of a South African server who repeatedly scolded his colleague in front of everyone ). The kids center was amazing. Normally our children do not like going to these but they enjoyed the kids center on rangali and the staff were amazing. We were in a two bedroom water villa afterwards which was just lovely but we had bad weather so we couldn’t really enjoy it as much.l as the beach bungalow which was bigger and better located to everything. As for the food we all enjoyed the restaurants there. Excellent breakfast and best restaurants were Mandhoo and Ufaa. We also enjoyed having food at the lounge especially the nasi goreng ! It was difficult to leave as the wind died down and the sun finally came out but were extremely happy to have been taken care of by Mohammed from our arrival at seaplane terminal up to our entrance at main terminal security where he could go no further. Thank you to all the staff. It made the vacation so relaxing and we cannot wait to return!

تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى ، واشكر جميع الطاقم والموظفين وخصوصا الموظف محمد مباح و فلاح على تعاونهم وتعاملهم الراقي ، الخدمة كلنت ممتازة و راقية ، وكانت الأجواء مناسبة للاقامة العائلية وللترفية والتسيلة ، وكانت خدمة المواصلات متوفرة طوال الوقت ، وكان الترتيب للاستقبال والتوصيل والتوديع ممتاز جدا وكذلك في الاستقبال بالمطار والتوديع كان بطريقة ممتازة و تعامل راقي مع الضيوف ، أشكرهم جميعا وكانت تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى .

Plus: - service personnel is really nice and smiling. They make this place very pleasant - great back garden looking like a jungle - good sizeable and clean rooms - good choice of water activities (not included) - still medium sized hotel, not crowded Others: - if your Maldivian dream starts with a Seaplane, note that you reach this resort by normal plane (no seaplane) from Male and boat (status October 2023) - sand bags holding property from sea erosion. I understand the unfortunate challenge with erosion, but surely can make something that looks nicer to protect the beauty of the beach and the resort at the same time - variety of food to be planned for a week stay. Though I recognize appreciated efforts to bring news in the menu through the grill

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Centara Grand Resort in the Maldives. The entire staff was amazing and incredibly kind throughout my stay. In particular, I must commend Nabeel for his outstanding service. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly set him apart, and he seemed like he should be the manager with his level of dedication. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable. The Centara Grand Resort is a true paradise, and the exceptional staff, including Nabeel and Chanapha, made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to return and experience their top-notch hospitality once again.

-المنتجع جميل بكل تفاصيله ومن اساسيات نجاح المنتجع طاقم العمل كانوا مبتسمين ومرحبين اخص بالذكر الرائعة (سارة) والجميلة (صفاء) اسعدونا باستقبالهم وتوديعهم لنا كانوا معانا في كل لحضه شكراً لهم. -الفلل جميلة قضيت 3 ليالي على الشاطئ و4 ليالي فوق الماء مع مسبح أثاث الفلل جديد وتنسيقه جميل ولفتني اهتمامهم بالنظافة مرتين في اليوم وهذا غير مستغرب لأن مدير خدمة الغرف (فرانك) من أول يوم الى اخر يوم لي وأنا اشاهدة مهتم ويسأل ويتابع كامل الطاقم فشكراً لهم. -المطعم الرئيسي خياراته متنوعة واجوائه رائعة وكل يوم تسعد بالذهاب اليهم الكل مبتسم ويخدم ويحاول إرضائك بداية من الشيف (سيريلانكي) لا أتذكر اسمه الان والشيف (محمد حنفي) والشيف (من الهند) لا اتذكر اسمه وكذالك لا انسى محضرين الطاولات (حمدان)و(مساعد) كانوا لطيفين ولا انسى الكل كانوا في قمة الروعة شكراً لهم جميعاً كانوا جزء من سعادتنا. -الفعاليات جربت الغوص مع المدربة (تيما) استمتعت بالغوص معها وهي الأفضل في الغوص شكراً لها. تجربة الاسترخاء والاسبا كانت عظيمة تفوق الوصف من مكان هادئ مجهز بالكامل. -باختصار الجمال موجود في هذا المنتجع حقاً انهم رائعون.

Nova Resort was chosen after much online research. It was our first visit to the Maldives and so this review contains no comparisons to previous Maldivian experiences. The headline summary is however, that after over 30 years of holidaying as a couple, this resort and holiday ranks as number one. From the moment we arrived, to when we left, we couldn’t find a fault with the staff or the facilities. A holiday in paradise where we were perfectly looked after. The number of guests that the complex accommodates is up to about 180. (There are more staff than guests). It means that it never felt busy. We were there in late February and didn’t get troubled by mosquitoes or other insects. Not sure whether that is a benefit of when we visited or is the norm. It is worth noting that the entire resort has undergone a renovation approximately 18 months ago and so none of the facilities are ‘tired’. Staff Without exception, every member of staff was pleasant, had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy and well looked after. This included the ‘behind the scenes’ staff such as the maintenance and house keeping teams. Discussions with staff confirmed that Nova looks after their employees and that probably goes along way to them recruiting and retaining staff with the right attitude. Dining Most meals were taken at the ‘Soul Kitchen’ which was a buffet and self service. The food was varied with daily choices to suit all tastes. The buffet area where the food is collected is a separate air-conditioned room from the dining area. This ensured that the food was kept in a temperature controlled environment. The waiting staff were amazing - kept our drinks topped up, water glasses refilled and plates cleared as we finished each course. They worked hard, but importantly there were enough staff on duty all the time. We ate at ‘Flames’ on three occasions, where it is a fully-served ‘a la carte’. The quality of the food and the service was excellent, but not all dishes were included as part of the ‘all inclusive’ package. That felt a bit strange and maybe it would be better to give a financial ‘allowance’ to all-inclusive diners rather than a small discount off some dishes. As an example, you could have a 220g rib-eye steak as part of the package, but you have to pay for a 220g sirloin steak. We also paid extra for the ‘Fish BBQ on the beach’, which was excellent, but again felt that maybe more than a 15% discount as an all-inclusive guest would have been appropriate. Diving The diving experiences and the team at ‘Aquaholics’ were super. One of the most professional outfits that I have dived with. Whilst the corals in the area are badly bleached, the marine life is fantastically varied and plentiful. Successful trips were organised to snorkel with Whale Sharks and dive with Manta Rays. That coupled with the ‘normal’ sharks, napoleon wrasse, turtles etc etc made for a memorable week of dives. The dive crew knew their dive sites
