Location: 10/10 if you want a place that's close to almost everything. Price: 10/10 Staff/service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 5/10 The moment I saw the building, I knew that it is old and probably would smell old. I was right. Although the staff was helpful and I did not see any trash in the room... There were flying insects and mosquitoes. Apart from that, the restroom could use some more cleaning. I took the Superior room thinking it would be better than the others but I guess, the bed is the only thing that's different. It is indeed a budget inn. Also, bring something to cover the pillow/sheets as there are visible stains on them. Overall, if I knew, I would have chosen the more expensive options. Also, if you are working and will use the internet, make sure you have a backup as the internet is only good for social media.

This is probably the best hotel in CDO. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and the quality is good. Shoutout also to the attentive waiter at the breakfast buffet, Mr. Galmer. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are quite luxurious. This is one of the hotels that has a security scanner which is perfect for business/events. The pool was also nice and had a good view overlooking the business district of CDO. It is also conveniently located near everything necessary in CDO. I would recommend this for work trips.

The room is not quite big but is it ok for a single business traveler like me. It is right beside SM Cagayan de Oro down town and you can walk going to mall. Theu just dony have free water but it is ok.

The hotel has always provided clean, comfortable rooms with the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Food is great at banquets/meetings, although breakfast is very limited. Internet is reliable. The location is also superb! No need to worry to get your gastronmy fix even at late night with a convenient store just outside the hotel door.

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

Me and my husband usually visit Seda when we have extra money to spend. Dati sa lux eh before we stumbled upon seda and since then we always booked the latter kasi we prefer this one. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very convenient ang location kasi pagbaba mo dikit na agad ang ayala centrio. Breakfast buffet is great too.

I am really disappointed about the staffs I dont know what is her name but she cant treated us well, she shows attitude to us and I hate that, we are open minded and understanding of all the protocols and policies in the hotels but you’re staffs is very attitude is it because we are still young? we paid exact amount! and all we need is to enjoy that place but your staffs are very attitude I hope you will train them a right manners! ps*I wont go back anymore*

PPengguna TetamuIt was a 40-minute drive from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast great - special mention to the coffee. The staff are courteous and very accomodating. They have a free wi-fi which a good way to stay connected especially this was a business trip.

PPengguna TetamuThe Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.

CClenton AllisonStaff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp.
Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me.
Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places

PPengguna TetamuWe like that the room is spacious, but we were discouraged when the aircon was not working correctly and was so noisy with heavy vibrations as if there were loose parts inside. We called the front desk under the name Joshua to ask if the operator could check it, but an hour later, no operator came to inspect the AC. We endured the noisy aircon and tried to understand that maybe they were busy. We then ordered a cup of rice as extra for our meal, but again, 30mins have passed by until we finished our meal. Too bad the service is not good and lazy.

PPengguna TetamuYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

PPengguna TetamuI paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.
