ホテルも部屋も綺麗だった。 チェックイン後も駐車場の出し入れができるのが有り難かったです。また、機会があれば利用したいです。

初めて東横INNを利用しました。1人でシングルベッドが2つある部屋に泊まりました。アメニティーは自分で1階に置いてあるところから取って部屋へ入るタイプで、自分で持参しているものもありましたが、問題なく過ごせました。三郷駅からもとても近く便利な場所でした。朝食は食べずに出ました。次は利用してみたいです。

三連休の中日でしたが、新型コロナウイルスの影響かかなり空いており、最も安価なタイプの部屋にしたはずが、明らかにベッド幅の広い部屋にグレードアップされていたのは嬉しかったです。 一つだけ残念だったのが、部屋に入ってほどなく、トイレを利用するためにユニットバスに入ったところ異臭がしたこと。水まわりが原因かと初めは思いましたが、入浴中は気にならず、入浴後に初めて、異臭の原因はバスタオルからだと分かりました。いわゆる生乾き臭ですね。普通のタオルのほうは全く問題なかったのですが… いちばん良かったのは、朝食ですね。状況が状況だけに、いつもとは違うスタイルとのことでしたが、むしろいつもより手間がかかっていたはずです。レストランスタッフさんの対応がたいへん良く、心に残る旅となりました。 相鉄フレッサインは初めての利用でしたが(ポケットホテルは複数回利用したことがあります)、機会があれば他都市のフレッサインを含めて利用したいと思います。

The hotel is near the station and There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is bery convenient here to stay if you are traveling around Saitama Tokyo area. Very accessible. The buffet breakfast is good too. I would stay here again.

The hotel is good, rooms comfortable staff nice, restaurant on level 1 very good and service and management from the team led by Ishi is great. Having a fixed breakfast that is not cooked properly with no options to change it is very poor, maybe OK if you are there for one night but not if you spend any time there. Musak very loud at breakfast. Lots of convenience stores nearby and a large Mall.

大家庭，多人數，很合適！ 1）房間在日本算是比較大的。 2）廚房，洗手間等都不錯！ 3）周邊噪音很大，房間之間的噪音沒有；大街上深更半夜有很多噪音。 4）前台幾乎沒人，作為外國人需要找前台時你找不到； 5）找人要打電話，接電話的是總部的，太麻煩。不適合外國人。

They only offer ”simple cleaning”, they wont vaccuum the floors or change the beddings. They will just leave the new towels and blankets on the bed. But all the staff are corteous. You can leave your luggages at the lobby after checking in. Very near Inaricho Station and just a longer walk to ueno station.

お部屋には無料の水やメーカーを使って作るコーヒー&紅茶のセットがあったり、大浴場にはシャンプーバーや無料アイスがあったり、部屋着のまま隣接するコンビニに行けたり、色んな嬉しいサービスが有り難かったです。あと、朝食ビュッフェはクオリティー高いなと思いました。
