I came to Missouri City for the weekend (engagement party) and Tracie checked me in. She was very helpful getting me around the area. Upon check out I didn't even have to return the cart back inside. She brought the cart in for me. She definitely deserves a raise!!! I cannot forget Jennifer as well. Her smile was infectious upon checkout.

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. I always stay at a LaQuinta when traveling and I read reviews before booking and the reviews were satisfactory. First off the elevators were not working in which they did state on the app, but I informed them ahead of time if possible I needed a lower level room. Well when we checked in they gave a room on the 3rd floor so walking up several flights of stairs wasn’t in my plan. I asked if there was anything else available and they said no. I went ahead and kept the room thankfully my son was able to help me get up and down the stairs. The 3rd floor air in the hallway was not working so it was extremely hot so by the time I got to my room I was exhausted and saw a roach crawling over the outside door. We checked our room and didn’t see any but informed of the issue. First night was ok, the breakfast wasn’t the best. The second night the air in our room wasn’t cooling and we woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat so I called several times to the front desk and no answer so I had to walk downstairs and no one was at the counter at all. I attempted to write out a note to leave and eventually someone came and since they didn’t have another room like the one we booked they gave us separate rooms. One of the rooms my daughter saw 2 roaches crawling on the dresser and we had to call back down and have them find us another room. The attendant did and we were able to rest and try to enjoy the rest of our stay. The checkout was the worst I have ever experienced. The attendant was helping a young lady and I assume they didn’t have her info in the system, so about 5 people and myself were waiting in line to check out and she didn’t say not one word to any of us to even say she will be right with us. Then we were gathering all our bags from the room and was rushed out. I was so upset and really didn’t like my experience at this location at all.

My husband and I had a great stay here at the Springhill in Sugarland. We came to check out the area beacuase we are moving down here from New England. After a few nights, our flight was cancelled several times because if the storm. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and professional while dealing with us having to extend our stay. They have all worked tirelessly night and day to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Shout out to the entire crew for their friendliness and professionalism during these rough times. We are specifically thankful for Veronica (front desk girl). She was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to help with whatever the need was. While hanging out in the lobby we witnessed how the crew dealt with isssue that arose and were highly impressed by the entire staff. They all deserve praises and raises for their hard work.
