Location and cleanliness is fine, especially break fast is free and great local food line up for buffet. But room cooling is not enough. That why I borrowed air cooling portable fan from hotel. Hope for the next stay, they install the air conditioning to each room.

初めて宮崎の旅にとして、今度はリッチモンドホテルに2泊宿泊しました。 駅との距離が近いですし、歩いて5分以内便利です。朝食も美味しかった、特に地元メニュー、大変満足していました。また利用させて頂ければと思います。

大きな液晶テレビ良し。大きなベッド良し。アルカリ泉の 温 良し。種類豊富な朝食良し。ウェルカム・ドリンク飲み放題良し。ホテルの周りは交通規制で道を間違えると駐車場に辿り着けない。ホテル前の駐車場ではなく一般の立体駐車場に停めなくてはいけないことが分からない。客室のドアが非常に重い。ドアの下部の床は通常フラットだがここは段差があり重いドアを力一杯開ける際に躓くと転倒して怪我をする可能性あり（実際転んで怪我をした）。

ホテルの外観が工事中のため、目印がまったくなくわからなかった。 フロントの方の対応は良かった。 部屋のエアコンの風がベットの頭にちょうどくるため 頭だけ寒くなり、のども乾燥してしまった。 ベットをずらし、頭を反対にして寝ました。 他の方も言っていたが、部屋全体的に涼しくならない。 部屋のＷＩＦＩがまったく使えない。(これも他の方が言っていた) 予想以上につかえませんので、 ご自身のがない場合は部屋ではいっさいネットは見られないでしょう。 朝食はとても美味しかった。 2泊とも同じ内容だったが特に問題ありません。 コロナ対策はしていましたが、 客がマスクもせずバイキングの料理を取っていたので 手袋などしていてもまったく意味がなかった。 客にもきちんとマナーをまもってもらうように声掛けなどしてほしい。 2日目に部屋でちょっとしたトラブルがあったので部屋を変えてもらったが、 対応が非常識きわまりないフロントスタッフだった。 こちらは既に寝ていたので、本当は部屋に入ってほしくなかったが、 突然部屋に来て、ずけずけと部屋の奥まで入ってきた。 その後も勝手に部屋のドアを半ドアにし、自由に入ってきた。 エアコンかなとか言って勝手に奥にきてボタンも押しまくっていた。 最初案内してきた部屋は目の前の部屋で「こっちのほうがましです」 と言ってきた。ましってどう言う事？ 女性の部屋なら、こんな事にはならなかったと思うが 男性でもいやなものはいやです。 こっちはすでに部屋着だぞ。 評価１以下でもいいが、良いスタッフもいるので 評価２にしました。

サンマリンスタジアム発着の自転車ロングライドイベント後に日帰り温泉利用で訪ねました。日帰り温泉は1,100円ですが、つるつるのなめらかなお湯に癒されました。建物自体がとてもゴージャスでホリデイインを名乗るだけのことはあると思いました。バス利用でしたが、ホテルの車寄せまでバスが入ってきて路線バスではありますが、空港まで乗り換え無しで30分弱で行けるのも魅力的です。何より温泉から一直線の海が眺められるのもとても気持ちのよいものでした。

一樓有專門看漫畫的休息區，漫畫有幾牆柜子特別豐富，房間窗外景色也很不錯，可以步行到青島神社，離去日南的公交站也不遠，下次還來！

For general information - The resort is famous as an onsen (2!) destination, with an attached convention center. All the spacious rooms overlook the ocean, golf course and pine forests. There are tons of restaurants with many different cuisines to choose from. The amenities are very well maintained, the wifi is fast and stable, and housekeeping service is provided with courtesy and quality. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the quality of services. This was our second visit to this beautiful resort - and our return trip is already planned. We were very warmly welcomed as Marriott Elite members with personal attentive care. Upon arrival we were immediately taken up to the Executive Lounge for check-in, and were able to relax and enjoy a beverage & snacks during the process. After check-in, Mr. Kawabata of the Executive Lounge personally escorted us to our upgraded suite and provided an overview of the various details to ensure a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visits was the Executive Lounge. The Lounge provides options for breakfast, afternoon tea service and snacks, and a wonderful cocktail hour selection of food and top-shelf drinks, including champagne! The Lounge is spacious, with plenty of seating areas and wonderful ocean views. While the Lounge itself is delightful, it is the Lounge staff who are the true stars! As mentioned, Mr. Kawabata went above-and-beyond to ensure that our stay exceeded our expectations. The entire staff in the Lounge are extraordinarily attentive and happily anticipated our requests with superb service. We have provided our feedback accordingly to hotel management. As a final note, breakfast in the Pine Terrace is an extensive buffet of western and Japanese choices, including a personalized egg station. Breakfast is also available in the Lounge where we also enjoyed the same level of service and the expansive views.

PPengguna Tetamu飲み屋街に隣接していて、飲食にとても便利。部屋はビジネスホテルでは、やや広い。内装と備品はシンプルだが、新しく明るい雰囲気で快適だった。部屋のお風呂も新しくて良かった。朝食は無料で期待していなかったが、和洋とも必要な料理が一通り揃っていて、悪くなかった。

PPengguna Tetamu外観は古めかしいが、館内はとてもきれいで清潔です。ウエルカムドリンクのサーバーも便利でした。部屋も広く、この価格では満足度が高いです。男性大浴場は、露天風呂、室内風呂、半身浴風呂、水風呂、サウナが有りとても充実しています。女性には岩盤浴があります。 風呂上がりの洗面所のアメニティも充実しています。風呂上がりの冷水サーバーのところに粉末タイプの大麦若葉があり、自分で作って飲めます。 宮崎に来た際にはまたこちらを利用したいと思いました。 但し宿泊者の駐車場は有料でした。

PPengguna Tetamu身内の法要のため週末に3泊しました 朝食付き、大浴場付き、宮崎県内でも一番中心部の立地、これで一泊7000円以下とかなりお得に泊まれました。 部屋は全国各地のルートインよりやや広めというところ。調度類は全国共通。テレビはWOWOWは映るが、CATVの鹿児島民放2局が映らずという、宮崎県内共通のレベルです(笑) 通常のビジネスホテルと比べ、WiFiが弱いのだけが不満でした。あとは問題ないと思います。

PPengguna Tetamu海側のお部屋に宿泊しました。 窓からは青島が見え、青島神社の鳥居も見えます。 景色は本当に最高です！ 青島が近いので、日の出前に青島神社まで歩いて行き、日の出を見ることもできました。 JR青島駅も近く、ロケーションもとても良いです。 建物は歴史を感じますが、中は清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせます。 宿泊客が快適に過ごせるよう、いろいろと工夫をされていて、心温まりました。 食事もとても美味しく、ボリュームもあり、朝夕共に大満足でした。 是非また宿泊させて頂きたいと思いますし、知人が青島へ旅行に行く際には、絶対におすすめします。

PPengguna Tetamuワクチン接種済の方向けプランで宿泊しました。 宮崎駅からは離れてますが、空港行きに乗れるバス停まで徒歩圏内。 繁華街に近いので困らないかな。←スイーツのお店も徒歩圏内です。南国プリン、MANGOSTARに行きました。 設備は他の口コミを読む通り古いかったです。 他のサービスが良く、フロント含めスタッフ皆さんの接客も良かったです。 入浴剤、時間限定フリードリンクとお菓子。 スキンケアセットもありました！←男性用もあります。女性用は2種類から選べる。 ドリンクサービスはHPに掲載されてたような種類は無かったのが残念でした…。 ワクチン接種特典は朝食サービス。 宿泊した日は、チキン南蛮・地鶏の炊込ご飯・冷や汁が食べられたので満足でした。 ご飯のお供が、他のホテル比べ私的に迷いました。

Mmisato-mamaシェラトンも一度泊まったことがあるのですが、ファミリーにはこちらの方が良いと思います！ 部屋は広いし、キッチンと洗濯機、乾燥機があるのがとても助かります。 ガーデンプールまで歩いてすぐですし、一つ葉ビーチまでも歩いて行けました。 朝食バイキングはビジネスホテルの朝食がちょっとだけ豪華になった感じ？でいまいちでした。 夕食を食べるところが近くにないので、何か考えてから宿泊した方がいいと思います。 ホテル内に温泉がないのが残念！ シェラトンの温泉にシャトルバスで行けますが、16時で受付終了ですし、別料金でかなり残念な感じです。

すすんたろ木々や自然が豊富で広い庭の古民家は風情が良く、とても魅力的なところなのですが、シェアハウスという形態ということなのか、管理者がほぼ不在、客だけが泊まってる格好なので、何かあった場合の不安材料が多々あるんじゃないかなと感じました。
というのも、宿泊した当日、深夜の全員寝静まってる午前3時頃に突然大きな音がして誰かが入ってきて、ドタンバタンやって騒いだ挙句、暫くしたらまた出ていったなんてことがあり、この間は一睡も出来ませんでした。
この宿に一度でも泊まったことがあれば、その管理上、宿泊手続きをしてなくても何食わぬ顔で入って来れちゃうんですよね。
そういう可能性を考えると、管理方法を見直したほうが良いと感じます。
客も良い人ばかりとは限らないですし、部屋や施設を粗末に扱う人もいると思うので、そう思うとなんだか家が可哀想です。

長長～いしっぽのくろちゃん宮崎駅に近く、食事も便利という地の利がある。ちょうど東急インと背中合わせなロケーション。 朝食込みの禁煙ルームを無事申し込めた。 JR東日本の新幹線パックをよく利用するので、これに味をしめてANAの往復＋ホテルも快適で経済的な旅行になるだろうと思った。禁煙ルームのはずなのだが部屋の空気が会議室のような臭いが漂っていた。床にはたばこの焼け焦げのような跡が。数時間後に急にくしゃみと鼻水が出て、如何にも一過性のアレルギー反応のような症状。マスクをして過ごした。朝食はJR東日本の新幹線パックで泊まるホテルのような満足感がなく、冷や汁を食べられたくらいがポイントかも。部屋に備えてあるアメニティはJR東日本の新幹線パックで泊まるホテルのようなミネラルウオーターサービスはなく、インスタントなドリップ式コーヒーも提供されていなかった。小型の冷蔵庫があったのはありがたかった。トイレはやや古い型らしく、入室時にトイレの水がずっと流れっぱなしで、「誰かいるのか？」と思うくらい驚いた。フラッシュのレバーの戻りが悪いためだった。
