My husband and I booked two rooms here with a friend for one night when we were going to Osteria Francescana in May 2024. I loved this B&B so much that I wish we had stayed another night. If we ever go back to Modena, this is where we will stay. The room: The room was absolutely beautiful and very unique with high ceilings, a beautiful Murano glass chandelier, and a well appointed bathroom. The view looked out over a beautiful courtyard that was lit up with lovely lights in the evening. The air conditioning was excellent. The service: The service was excellent. We got in later than expected due to heavy rains and trouble getting a taxi, but Benedetta stayed 30 minutes late to wait for us so she could make sure to tell us about the area, hotel, and let us grab some fruit and pastries since we were leaving early the next morning. She was extremely kind and friendly - one of the nicest people we met during our month in Italy. The location: We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Osteria Francescana (it’s literally across the street, like a one minute walk), but it’s also walking distance to several shops and restaurants - we wish we had stayed longer to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough - it was amazing and very affordable (less than 200 euro per night for our room, and 130 euro per night for our friend’s room) especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Italy.

The staff at this boutique hotel is great. They are always very accomodating and friendly. They all speak english well if that is a concern. The breakfast room is very nice but also very traditional in its offering. The rooms are roomy and comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed here twice and will continue to stay there in the future. Great eating establishments nearby as well.

Zoals een B&B moet zijn: rustig, hartelijke eigenaars, de kamers heerlijk en volgens persoonlijke smaak ingericht. Zeker kamers vragen in het hoofdgebouw want deze zijn stijlvol ingericht, met een mooie badkamer en goede airco. Attent van de eigenaars om elke dag een flesje water op de nachtkastjes te zetten. Het ontbijt was te zoet naar onze smaak (en het fruitsap niet lekker), maar het was met zorg klaargemaakt. En de citroencake was lekker. Een goed adresje.

Die vielen negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Matratze topp, unter der Matratze auch sauber, das Ambiente ist geschmackvoll, die Technik auf neuestem Stand (Zugang mit Karte, Heizung digital, Lichtschaltung vom Bett, elektrische Rollläden, Schranksave, 2 Fahrstühle). Es war gut eingeheizt. Auch das Bad war angenehm temperiert mit eigener Temperaturregelung und Lüftung. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen. Großes Büfett mit ausreichend Auswahl, und leckerem Kaffee in allerlei Varianten. Deutsches Brot gab es nicht und auch kein Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken) aber sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes, freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist im Nirvana im ländlichen Umfeld. Lamborghini hat ein Werk ganz in der Nähe. Wer will, kann dort ein Museum besichtigen. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, für den Preis allemal.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful time in Italy. I ate at the RMH restaurant 4 nights in a row. The chef Tommasso came to our table after hearing it was our 4th night eating at the restaurant and made us a special meal for us, an Asparagus pasta dish. I ate three different type of tortellini dishes that were fresh and perfect. The steak was perfect medium rare. The wait staff were so kind and professional. Ibrahim my waiter treated us like family. Some of the best service I have ever had. Everyone was kind and was patient with our little bit of Italian and mostly English conversation. The restaurant it self was beautiful and elegant. More than I expected from a hotel restaurant.

PPengguna TetamuOur tour chose this hotel as our base for our 5 day stay. They made an excellent choice as this was a very nice hotel located in a very convenient are of town. Walking to the main streets of Modena took just minutes and we felt safe all the way. The staff was very lovely and was attentive if we had a request. Fabrizio, the concierge greeted us with a big smile every morning and took care of anything we might request like a taxi to the Bologna Airport.The continental breakfast each morning was just amazing. They also have a pillow menu!!!! You can choose the type of pillow you want in your room. Finally, it was just a great place to end each evening after a long day of touring.

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed here a view of times after giving it 5 stars a couple of years ago. Just to say it's still a very good hotel, and this time of the year it's even cheaper. Do not miss the restaurant. The locals use it, what could be better recommendation. So an easy 5 stars again.

PPengguna TetamuNous avons découvert par hasard cet hôtel à la suite d'une panne sur l'autoroute. Très propre, chambre spacieuse bien équipée. Petit déjeuner complet et accueil parfait. Il 'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais il y en a un juste à côté excellent et pas cher. Les clients de l'hôtel peuvent prendre à emporter et monter le plateau directement dans la chambre.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived late, and without a booking, after a difficult journey. The hotel was welcoming, the restaurant was excellent, the beds very comfortable with smooth monogrammed sheets! and the gardens pleasant for a morning stroll. There is also a pool. A very good hotel, can't recommend too highly. 'Old fahioned' in the very best sense.

PPengguna TetamuNaturalmente il giudizio è correlato a quanto pagato: non è un 5 stelle ma per quanto si versa, è ottimo. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Aria condizionata realmente funzionante! Mica come altri posti... Inoltre, il ragazzo presente al bar per la colazione è stato davvero accogliente. Mi ha fatto sentire a casa.
