房東熱情，房間新裝修，還是比較用心，用料還不錯。一套三的房子，分三個房出租，公共大廳有廚具和洗衣機。還有冰箱。2樓，需要爬樓梯。距離夜市，早市，紀念館都不遠，樓下停車位，反正如果不講究，路過住宿一晚沒有問題。船上用品不錯

安靜衞生，除了門隔音一般，房子結構都是實牆，睡得安靜。漠河白天31度，但晚上衹有10℃，蓋厚被子都不熱，所以根本不用空調。位置距離漠河舞廳 北極星廣場 cbd 800_1000米，溜達着可以到。實地看比舞廳附近的旅店安靜整潔環境好太多。自駕就更適合了，停車好停。

看了評論區的評論，很擔心會不會踩雷，抱着試試看的態度入住了，但是一辦理入住感覺真的很好，從門口保安員大叔主動幫助推送行李，前台小姐姐非常熱情的給辦理入住，房間也很舒適，就是衞生間稍微小一些，但是不影響使用！早餐也很不錯，退房時還送了我們一個驚喜能免費“送機服務”送機時帥哥很熱情，應該是店的經理！真的體驗感很好，也期望大家入住後給一個真實評價，不要惡意評論，差一點沒敢選擇這裏，值得推薦，價格合理！

這環境，這服務態度，我去哪住也沒有人主動給我拎行李呀，我剛把車停好，前台小哥就幫我把行李拎進屋了，真好，這服務，這價格，真的巴適。晚上我出門轉悠，發現前台小哥在別墅外面喂小貓，小哥説他是流浪貓，能幫一把是一把，我也給他買了點火腿腸。我冬天還來，不為別的就為在這裏我能得到尊重！爽！ 設施：10分 衞生：10分 環境：10分 服務：100分！
