Close to Peace Plaza, a nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and could well communicate in English. I would have appreciated a tiny table or shelf or anything to have some more space to put things in the bathroom when staying a few nights, but it worked well either way.

hotel was nice and clean. location wise, it's a bit far from the ktx station, but there's lots of buses nearby. breakfast was nice and simple and there was still food available at 8:30am (it ends at 9am). the bathroom light turns off automatically and it was inconvenient since sometimes it turns off while i'm already inside the bathroom.

Very modern & Great rooms for the price. Breakfast included is awesome in the morning.

I wish there was a little more variety in the breakfast menu. It was inconvenient because the TV channel was fixed to one.

Although my room was small, it had everything I needed and was quiet and clean. I was particularly happy with the shower - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Moreover, the front desk and housekeeping were all very professional and helpful. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to some of the places I wanted to visit and because it was close to the waterfront. I quite enjoyed my walks there mornings and evenings. It also turned out to be right across from Lotte Mart Maxx and within a 5-minute walk from both Daiso and Paris Baguette. Breakfast was included in the extremely affordable price. It was not gourmet but perfectly adequately and filling. If I ever return to Mokpo, I will certainly consider staying at Hound Hotel.

I booked a single room. It had a Japanese business hotel-style bed and bathroom, making it a great place to stay alone. The facilities were clean, and breakfast was provided.

Even though it was a single room, it was my first time staying in a hotel that was narrower than the Hong Kong hotels that are famous for being narrow. However, the kimbap and ah-ah for breakfast were delicious and it was clean, so I was satisfied.
