We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Όλα ήτανε άψογα στο κομμάτι της διαμονής και της εξυπηρέτησης εκτός από μια αστοχία στο κομμάτι της επικοινωνίας με την κράτηση από το ίντερνετ, καθώς δεν συμπεριέλαβε μέσα και το παιδί, με αποτέλεσμα να στριμωχτούμε στο διπλό κρεβάτι στον ύπνο, καθώς δεν μας φέρανε έχτρα κρεβάτι για το παιδί όπως μας είπαν στην ρεσεψιόν κατά το check in.

Απογοήτευση! Τα επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης εξαιρετικά χαμηλά. Στη ρεσεψιόν λες και έπρεπε να συνδεθεί ένας με ένα σε μηχάνημα για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η κράτηση ήταν δίκλινο με παιδί και βρίσκουμε διπλό κρεβάτι με δυο στρώματα. Χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 4 φορές στη ρεσεψιόν για να έρθουν και μετά τον μεσημεριανό υπνο. Στην πισινα κυνηγάμε το προσωπικο για παραγγελια και στα σπα μάλλον δεν θέλουν να δουλευουν εκει, αλλιώς δεν εξηγείται η συμπεριφορά τους. Οι καμαριέρες το πιο ευγενικό προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου θα έλεγα.

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις （κυρίως το δωμάτιο） για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ. Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική. Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν （εντός του δωματίου） που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!

We had relaxing time off in central Greece staying at Mitsis Galini while on the school half term break. Very caring customer service throughout: from the reception to the room maintenance. Good pool arrangement for families - large non deep children pool with the bar and sunbeds around its perimeter makes it the ideal layout for families. Impressive and well maintained spa center. Food is delicious and varied each evening. Predominately Greek and Italian which for us were the preferred cuisine choices. All food is freshly prepared, such as pizza cooked from the scratch ( dough is laid and stretched in front on the stalls and baked in the open fire stove) and the wide variety of fresh salads. Delicious Greek deserts as well as the main dishes. Well thought through location in Kamena Vourla, makes this place a good base to explore Delphi, Meteora monasteries, Thermopylae as well as thermal baths that Kamena Vourla is well known for. For those looking at evening entertainment, there is none as this hotel serves more as the retreat and relaxation space. The hotel predominantly receives Greek nationals who come in groups and family units so they spend the time together. There is a cozy outside pool bar with 80s and 90s music played throughout the day in the background. Some people work on their balconies or in the pool bar and there is plenty of office friendly space with the comfortable work desks to support this. So, the hotel is well suited for the blend of pleasure and work. Wholeheartedly recommend Mitsis Galini and thank you, Anastasia

First off this is marketed as a luxury hotel, which it is definitely not. Four star would be more appropriate. So for example it it in places tired and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are clean and tidy but are not luxurious as what we booked. We found the outdoor pool not be very clean in the middle of the pool and just in general lacked the quality of a five star hotel. The food was pretty good but same things nearly every day. Again this lacked the quality of a luxury hotel. I found all waiters and waitress very friendly but the management not. They need to be more like the staff they manage. I stood on a rusty screw in indoor spar pool and didn’t even get an apology from the manager when I reported it. This was not expectable at any hotel. Most things in the spa were broken and or out of order. In summary this is not a hotel I would return to or recommend to friends or family.

We’ ve enjoyed our stay in this hotel where I could relax for a long time, the working staff was amazing big thanks to the « Captain ». Accommodation was great The waitresses and waiters are really dynamic as well as great. Shout out to the therapy staff did a great job, They have several massages’ variety, come and try it. Mention special to The bar services with Dimitri who is the funniest and full of advice if you want something to do around the city ,Giannis always available, both Georgia always works with smile and have a great attention to detail, Ayla and Erica you were also great. Keep being human - keep that positivity, you are the best

My stay at Mitsis Galini was truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautifully located, offering stunning views, excellent spa facilities, and comfortable rooms – but what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. A heartfelt thank you and special dedication to the entire kitchen and restaurant team, who impressed me every day with delicious, beautifully prepared dishes and warm, attentive service. Your professionalism and passion do not go unnoticed – and a big shoutout to your captain, who leads with great energy and care. And of course, to the bar team – you brought life and joy to every evening! Special thanks to Georgia, Georgia, Yanis, Dimitri, Erica and Ayla – your smiles, your energy, and your amazing cocktails made every moment at the bar a pleasure. You made us feel welcome like family, and we’ll never forget that. And of course, a special mention to the spa team — the wonderful masseuses and their manager. Thank you for your healing hands, your kindness, and for creating such a calm, soothing environment. Every treatment was pure bliss, and you helped make our stay truly restorative. Thank you all for your professionalism, your warmth, and for going above and beyond every single day. I’m already counting the days until I can return!

This hotel needs some serious upgrading, hotel rooms are basic and functional but old. We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was quite off, no smile was offered and it took about 20 minutes to check in which was frustrating. When checking out I popped our key card in the large glass bowl on the reception desk with the many others and the receptionist (same one that checked us in) said No - you still need that so you know which room to check out of!! I assured her I could remember the room number I had just left!!! Not very friendly in the slightest and again not a smile in sight, or asking how was our stay. It is very noisy in the corridors as the acoustics are terrible, chairs scraping the floor above you late at night and early morning. Only had breakfast in the hotel which was buffet, the food was cold and felt like I was in a soulless dining room. It served it's purpose for a bed for the night but that is about it. Just felt the hotel really lacked some homely feels and was quite sterile. Lots of restaurants around the hotel you can eat out at. It's basically a large corporate which just isn't our vibe! The scenery is absolutely beautiful with the ocean and mountains.

I cannot review the actual sleeping facilities as I was not staying there but was there for a backgammon event every day. The main issue is that this is an expensive 5 star hotel which should allow to be able accessible for disabled persons. THIS WAS DEFINATELY A NO NO! A friend in a wheelchair could not move around as there were no ramps, many steps and no rails in the bathroom. There were no disability rooms. Also, the bar had NO DRAFT BEER! This hotel has a lot to learn if it thinks it is a five star hotel.

Nice hotel, little bit tired around the edges. The waiting & cleaning staff were excellent, bar service very slow. If you order a drink at the bar they won’t let you take it, they will bring it over to you but it could take up to 30 minutes. The reception isn’t as helpful as they could be, the lady that checked us in at 3 in the morning was lovely but later in the week when we asked if we could book a snack box or book the grill restaurant we were told to do it an line, when I’m on holiday I don’t really want to be bothering with booking things online. The pool is nice but could do with a bit of maintenance, there’s lots of tiles missing & it’s a bit grubby. Food is good but very much the same everyday for lunch & dinner so soon becomes boring. It’s a nice little town to walk around but there’s not much going on, the main clientele when we were there was old Greek ladies. We checked out a day early and drove to Athens & to spend a night there as we found a week to be too long in this quiet hotel. It’s not a patch on the Mitsis blue domes hotel in Kos.

Galini in Greek means serenity and this is what I felt at the hotel, to a significant extent thanks to the amazing spa, staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. But it is not only the spa, everywhere at the hotel you feel welcome and relaxed. This is a family hotel, but the calming effect is felt by all, grown ups and kids!

Spacious suite, sportlessly clean, friendly staff. Perfect meals with a lot of variety, rich breakfast, lunch anr dinner. Mrs Vassia in spa area smiling lady willing to serve us. A WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!! Facilities ideal for relaxation...
