Hotel Monaco dengan Kolam Renang

I arrived to a prompt check-in and nice room upgrade with sea view for which I am very grateful. My room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. Room service was fast and with high quality food. Only 3 negatives: some of the furniture looks a bit tired and in need of a refresh. For a 5-star hotel this is a must. Also on the day of my departure I had no hot water in my shower -- I ran the tap for 5min on the highest heat setting and the water was barely warm. When I reported this at check-out I was chastised for not reporting it right away but I did not have the time and was in a rush to satisfy the check-out time. Also, there is no Business Centre or Library where guests can work after they checkout while waiting for their flight. Would I stay here again? YES.

Hotel teratas. Naik taraf ditawarkan kerana tawaran yang diterangkan di Trip.com adalah palsu. Tawaran adalah bilik superior seluas 44m2 dan tiba di hotel bilik jenis ini tidak wujud. Di penerimaan tetamu dia menawarkan kami naik taraf ke bilik superior dengan pemandangan laut. Hotel yang luas dan bersih, peralatan tempat tidur perkhidmatan terbaik yang mengagumkan. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi.

Fantastic hotel! Nestled on a private cove with sweeping panoramic ocean views. Prime location and a choice of 3 pools / private beach - pristine surroundings. Service and staff are outstanding and make this hotel every bit the 5 star experience. Special thanks to Thierry for making this the perfect stay. Until next time.

Magnifico hotel en pleno centro de Mónaco. Era nuestro aniversario y nos regalaron una botella de champán. Desayuno bastante completo, limpieza. El gel y el champú es de la marca Rituals. Todo un acierto haber elegido el hotel. Tiene mini bar, caja fuerte y hervidos de agua. En la habitación hay dos botellas de agua rellenable en la planta 7. Para los amantes del té, el buffet del desayuno incluye infusiones a granel.

It’s a nice hotel but the reception doesn’t speak very good English which is weird. She was telling me something but did something else. Even tho I booked through this app they charged my card !!! I paid twice for one night!!! The front desk said ok I have handled it and thought I wouldn’t get notified but then she took the money! It wasn’t like that the night before I don’t understand

Pool is owned by Nikki Beach, so hotel guests are only provided complimentary lounge chairs at Nikki’s discretion. You are forced to either pay 200+ Euro for a daybed, or awkwardly sit/hang out on the narrow corners of the pool. Nikki beach tries to provide a and adult day party atmosphere with DJ, bottle service and hookah, but small kids were playing in the pool all day. Room smelled like stale cigarettes, old stains on the carpet, bathroom had zero ventilation and fogged up like a sauna any time you turn on the shower, everything gets wet and stays wet. For some reason a moldy bath mat was rolled up and propped to the side of the tub upon arrival. All staff were very professional and accommodating, met the level of service I would expect at a luxury hotel. Location is decent, Nobu inside the lobby, short walk to Buddha Bar and ******, about 15 min walk to the beach. There was a lot of construction going on (August 2023) surrounding the hotel, several cranes obstructing the views.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel au top ( mention spéciale pour Alexis qui nous a vraiment chouchouter, un grand merci à lui ) La chambre deluxe vue port est très spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de raffinement. Nous recommandons cet établissement aux amateurs de Luxe et prestations de grandes qualités ! En photo la vue de notre chambre.
