Bon rapport qualité prix. Propre, emplacement excellent, quelques dysfonctionnements (lecteur de porte, coupure électrique...)

As a couple we needed this holiday.From the outside it looks quite impressive,that's where it ends.the check in was quick,they write the times of food times on the back of the card ,that was the start of the decline.It is a French guest hotel,all set up for them,nothing wrong with that ,but English websites should not be selling it .The rooms were filthy hairs on floor bed ripped,windows dirty.changed room Three times .The final room had a new bathroom,what a joke the fitting was done to a terrible standard if you want images I will send them .We put up with it because it was the best they could have offered.Animation staff lovely ,but never attended any shows,they were totally in French.Thesin bar had a smell coming from somewhere The food was inedible,my partner is not a fussy eater he struggled.We ate out six nights out of seven at the Marina lovely food The beach is a joke .worst I have ever seen . Had my Jacket stolen out of room and some medication for my partners ailments.I was in the room when cleaners came to clean It took One and a half minutes that's ridiculous right.If your English think again it's NOT for you .Been in touch with love holidays to complain.Saving grace is customer relations Ahmed he tried his best with what he had and could not have done anymore he's a asset to the hotel.I know he will read this as he is very hard working Hi Ahmed This experience put us off Tunisia and will not visit again .And to top it off on leaving at six in the morning it was dark in the reception doors open and the two security guards were asleep that just summed it up..

Returned today from a week all inclusive. We arrived sat 2nd at 11.45pm the person checking us in offered to organise something for us to eat but we we're shattered so declined. We weren't given any other information including times, areas etc so pretty much figures it out as we went. There was lots of positive, the hotel is overall very clean but in placed shows some aging but for the price great value. Only issue was the maid on first two days came in even when we Said it was okay and then kept asking for coins. But after second day was different maids who if they came and we were in the room would offer to come back. The food was a good variety across the breakfast, lunch and dinner but could be repetitive. Both of us are fussy eaters but always had plenty to eat. The waitors always had our table set up and we're very attentive and made sure we always had plenty to drink and were okay. The bar staff at times could be a little slow but often was only one on so they tried their best to keep up with demand even using Google translate when one didn't understand our request. Cocktail party hour was good and cocktails were nice but these weren't offered on normal menu. The entertainment at night wasn't really our cup of tea. This mainly was due to it being quiet and very few English spoke guests although could not fault the entertainment team who went out their way to make us included always speaking in both languages and making a point of coming to speak to us. However during the day activities such as archery, water aerobics etc always had us included and joining in and these were good fun. Bebo, casper were lovely but a big shout out to Bruno who really went out his way to ensure we were okay, always chatting to everyone and making them feel welcome. He is a asset to the hotel and team working extremely hard to ensure everyone has a good time and are included. The area was nice and there is the marina, museliam and things all within a quick 5 minute walk. It is not the sort of place I would recommend if looking for the party vibe but perfect for a relaxing vacation with lovely views. We were worried after reading some other reviews but would definetly recommend and go back.

Lovely hotel the animation team were great very friendly and helpful always. Bebo and Bruno especially... house keepers also great rooms kept very clean everyday. Food was a bit hit and miss but we visited the Marina for local restaurants which is only 2 minutes opposite hotel.. Overall a lovely experience ☺️

We came here and were made to feel welcome by every one that worked there especially the frame team the main reason we was booking again was bibo that I ear as been sacked if that's the case u need him back as he is one of the best guys you can have there so please please get bibo back obviously madoo and simo umah all made time for my children but bibo was the most who made time for my autistic child

Great recent holiday at the Regency hotel and Spa. Rooms were fine, slightly dated but how long do spend in there? Maids were very friendly and cleaned daily. Restaurant was very good and plenty of variety.. Pool area was perfect , made even better by the animation team!! Caspa,Bibo,jineli, madu and co were amazing and always so full of life and friendly... Thanks boys!! See you soon
