der freundliche und kompetente Service am Empfang. Mit allen Hinweisen und Tipps wird man hier bestens versorgt. Bis man das Zimmer betritt fühlt man sich hier gut aufgehoben. da das Hotel durch mehrere Investoren aktuell wieder ein neuer gegangen ist macht sich dies auch am und im Hotel bemerkbar. Investitionen in den Zimmern die dringend nötig wären werden nicht durchgeführt. Hier wird das eingenommene Geld jedenfalls nicht reinvestiert. Schade. Für das Frühstück 19€ zu verlangen ist schon eine Leistung. Interessant sind die Industrie Spiegeleier die aufgewärmt bereit liegen. Einfach mal auf den Teller legen und abwarten mit der Zeit verändern diese ihre Farbe ins kackbräunliche. Ansonsten nicht die qualitativ besten Artikel die eines Augenschmaus weit entfernt bereit liegen. Zu Empfehlen ist ein Frühstücksbesuch in einem der doch zahlreichen Cafe´s in Monschau. Wo das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig ist. Man kann sagen ein Hotelbesuch ohne Frühstück für ein bis zwei Tage ist noch in Ordnung.

Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze, deshalb haben wir es gebucht. Dorthin zu kommen ist aber ein kleines Abenteuer. Aber es geht. Punkt 14 Uhr waren wir da, aber erst 14.15 kam jemand von der Rezeption. Wir bezahlten den Parkplatz und bekamen die Zimmerkarte. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer lag im ersten Stock (ohne Lift) praktisch direkt oberhalb dem Eingang. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und Hell. TV, Kühlschrank Tisch und sehr gute Betten. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe. So klein, man kann kaum auf die Toilette. Nach dem Duschen muss die Tür auf, weil man drinnen keinen Platz hat sich abzutrocknen. Das Hotel liegt super nur ein kurzer Weg runter zum Marktplatz. In der Nacht war es sehr leise, wahr ev. auch dem extrem kalten und schlechtem Wetter geschuldet. Ach ja, das Zimmer war ziemlich kalt, aber kaum war die Heizung aufgedreht, wurde es war. Der Preis ist sicherlich sehr niedrig und üblicherweise buchen wir eine höhere Kategorie. Darum haben wir nicht so viel erwartet von Hotel. Es war aber vollkommen in Ordnung für einen Nacht. Frühstück haben wir im Dorf genossen.

I spent three nights at the Hotel Regence, Aachen, in March 2024. I took a Queen Room on the fourth floor, which was fine for a short break. The multi-lingual staff were excellent, attentive, engaged and professional. Although the hotel does not offer an evening restaurant service, the staff recommended an Italian restaurant in town for supper. The hotel breakfast buffet was superb. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Bertentangan dengan pusat ujian DSH, kerana mengambil masa yang lama untuk masuk ke venue, malah terlalu lewat untuk pergi ke peperiksaan selepas tidur sehingga pukul sembilan, dan kemudian bersarapan, anda boleh melihat keadaan di luar bilik peperiksaan, dan anda boleh turun ke bawah selepas anda memasuki tempat itu. Sangat sesuai datang ke aachen untuk mengambil peperiksaan dsh. Kasut kanak-kanak. Konfigurasi hotel agak memuaskan.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a number of times and consistently the quality of my stay has been high. This time was no exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spotless and had everything I needed. The WiFi was complimentary and worked really well. The signal was strong and stable. There was one thing that I'd like to see changed though. You need to register every day, but the login process is confusing. After you've agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked on the button to get the free WiFi, another window pops up and it wants to know things from you. This is however not needed to sign up for the WiFi and seems to be purely for marketing purposes. By clicking on the right link, you can skip it. The room was not all that large, but the space was definitely adequate. There was more than enough space for my clothes and other things. The water boiler plus complimentary tea and coffee was convenient, just as the very large safety deposit box that easily fit my 15” laptop, plus other belongings. The work desk was small and especially with a regular chair, not suitable to work at for a longer period of time. The TV was small and had a limited set of channels, but that was not so relevant for me. A detail, but really useful, is that there are sufficient power outlets and at the right place. This makes it very easy to charge your devices. The bathroom was on the small side, but fully functional and the water pressure from the showerhead was more than sufficient. Only minor thing that I've noticed in the past too, is that it requires some engineering creativity to keep the showerhead in the right position. This should definitely be improved. It is annoying and unnecessary. Last, but not at all least, was the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed it. This is mostly a continental style buffet, but with an amazing amount of choices, including various types of fresh and very tasty breads, yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, juices, cereal, etc. This is a great example to other hotels how to serve a healthy, yet delicious breakfast.
