Ruchela genuinely loves getting to know our guests and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for, so your words about her warmth and the way she looked after you will mean a lot to her.I also loved that you noticed so many of the little things around the property, from our pantry at reception and the kitchen facilities to the laundry, parking and easy access to the tram. When someone is staying with us for more than just a night or two, we really want the apartment to feel like somewhere they can properly settle into rather than simply a hotel room, so it is lovely to know you felt that way.Thank you as well for mentioning the shower. While I am very happy that you gave us a perfect 10, I do not want your lovely score to overshadow something that genuinely needs our attention. Water coming out onto the bathroom floor and making it slippery is not how we want the bathroom to perform. We have followed this up with our team so the shower and drainage can be checked and addressed properly.And thank you for mentioning the renovations too. We have been doing everything we can to keep disruption to our guests to an absolute minimum, so it was really reassuring to hear that they did not disturb your stay.Most of all, thank you for choosing to spend those six nights with us and for recommending us so warmly to others.
