飯店與Mont Termblant Park旅客服務中心僅幾步之遙，十分便利又舒適的居住環境。 我們預訂的房間很寬敞，床也很好睡，窗外是個小公園，有許多樹木，很有悠閒度假的氣氛，是值得推薦的好飯店。

前台服務好，但沙發床單有臟跡，去電客服叫換沒來換，早餐品種不多，沒水果，門口沒停車位，地下車庫要去前台開房後才給門卡刷卡進車庫，之前來郵件時沒説清楚。酒店位置好，離上山纜車站很近，上山纜車前一程免費，後一程買票20加元，山頂自助餐不是自助餐，是簡單一個像麥當勞的漢堡薯條可樂套餐20加元

蒙特利爾機場到這裏一個半小時的車程，非常nice的度假地，酒店邊上一整個童話世界裏的童話小鎮，這次出差展來，非常不錯

酒店位置優，前台職員非常友善，早餐餐點豐富，水果充足，員工不停為客人添加食物。24小時提供咖啡熱水。房間裝潢雖有點陳舊，但仍然很清潔，洗濯用品充裕，值得入住休息。

房間是公寓的類型，房間的設備非常好，住的也很舒服，周邊吃飯休閑很方便，就是早餐過於簡單，而且人很多。

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable, the beds were especially were comfortable. The kitchenette could have been stocked with more cooking supplies such as a pan and pot - but these were provided when we asked the staff. We needed to use the sofa bed on our trip, and this was the least comfortable sofa bed ever. Super thin, mattress was old and stained, and wires poked through. Although the regular beds were luxuriously comfortable, the sofa bed - as advertised - definitely needs an update.

The staff was super friendly and helpful…even alerting us when the security guard saw someone bump on to our car in the parking garage. The hotel is close to the action yet our room was very quiet. We had easy access to the chair lift.

Great location, breakfast was plenty and front desk where excellent to deal with and friendly. Room was spacious with excellent amenities.

The location is perfect and breakfast being included is a bonus. We also liked that the they had lockers to lock up your equipment. Front desk staff was really nice. It’s nice that they had coffee, tea and water 24/7. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and washroom had mildew build up in the shower. Housekeeping only replaces towels and doesn’t make up the beds.

We liked that it was very close to the main lift. Also in the village and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were also friendly. Parking was a bit tight but manageable.

Overall, the property is nice. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Front desk staff especially.
