Hotel Corallo

WE ATE IN THE RESTAURANT CALLED TRATTORIA TOSCANA. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT LACKED FLAIR. ALSO ALTHOUGH SITTING OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT LACKED ATMOSPHERE. I HAD PORK FILLET AND MY FRIEND HAD AN OMELETTE. BOTH WERE GOOD BUT UNINSPIRING

Avevamo un cofanetto wonder box e abbiamo scelto questo hotel, devo dire veramente bello, siamo stati molto bene e il personale è stato molto gentile e competente. La colazione molto vasta e buona, spero di ritornarci.

A family run hotel near the centre of Montecatini Terme and close to the funicular railway that takes you up the the old town of Alto Montecatini which is a must to visit in the evenings. My room was a good size and the bathroom had a walk in shower. The room was quiet and also air conditioned. Our group were booked in for half board. It was a buffet breakfast with a very good selection. The food both at breakfast and at the evening meals was good. The service from all the staff and owners was excellent though I have to single out Katya and Kevin in the restaurant who always went the extra mile for the guests.. One or two of our group has minor issues with their rooms that were rectified immediately. We had a couple of lunches in the hotel as well as drinks some evenings. The prices of both meals and drinks were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again

I was Tour Manager for Glenton Holidays last week, I would like to thank the family & staff for looking after us, everyone was so friendly & helpful. Location of Hotel was great to very central. Cheers MoiraC

Just spent a week at this hotel on a Glenton tour.. Rooms were clean & comfortable, very helpful friendly staff, all speaking English. Food very good. Thank you Hotel Corallo for a lovely stay and thank you Glenton.

We travelled on May 12th arriving late with Glenton Travel. At breakfast the next day the milk was sour and there was no replacement so cereal wasn’t possible. Cheep processed ham and cheese and cake was our alternative. Dinner was salad and mashed potato. The restaurant manager was very rude and stopped communication with us. I was in the middle of eating risotto and he came forward and removed my plate…. We were asked to vacate the dining room table as they had another party coming in who got good food, completely different to ours. There was no bar .. my friends and I ate out after that. Terrible.. never again. Sorry Glenton.

My wife and I were booked into this hotel as part of a coach tour holiday run by Caledonian travel . To briefly sum up our experience in the hotel was as follows The hotel staff were generally unwelcoming , the meals unappetising , crudely prepared and rudely served with no consideration for the sensitivities of their guests .Overall the impression given was they could not care less about their visitors and showed it by their actions as they refused to provide an acceptable level of service .The day we left the hotel refused to provide a sit down continental breakfast . After this experience our advice would be to give the hotel a zero rating and my wife and I will certainly not be returning

We spent a night in November - staff was super kind, the room was big with a terrace. The atmosphere in the hall was splendid. Overall we had a nice stay even though we stayed there one day only. Super recommended

Prenotando per due notti a siamo stati mandati via dopo la prima notte perché a quanto pare avevano capito male e nonostante il buono fosse per due notti secondo loro potresti fare o due notti oppure una con colazione quindi all occhio il cappuccino della macchinetta può costare caro!! Ovviamente per il servizio abbiamo anche pagato un sovrapprezzo di 40€ che è il minimo
