S Hotel Jamaica - Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

Peralatan mandian yang disediakan untuk 3.1300 sehari adalah sampah sepenuhnya, dan gel mandian tidak boleh dilap. 4. Bufet hotel sukar untuk dijelaskan. Saya terkedu. Pada waktu petang, ia adalah nasi➕ kentang atau keledek➕ sayur hijau➕ dua daging. hilang. Selebihnya adalah kek dan salad buah. Kalau perut cina pergi, tunggu mati saja. Masa mula-mula masuk bilik, saya teruja bila tengok pemain rekod vinil. Saya fikir hotel ini sangat menarik, tetapi mendapati ia mengatakan paparan, huh. Tetapi persekitaran geografi sangat baik, sikap perkhidmatan juga sangat baik, hotel ini penuh dengan kedai cenderamata di pasar raya. Terdapat Starbucks dalam masa lima minit berjalan kaki, burger King dalam lima belas minit, dan restoran Cina dalam 20 minit. Anda boleh melakukan ujian COVID terus di hotel, dan kemudian hotel akan mencetaknya sebelum keluar. Pada akhirnya, hotel ini mempunyai pesawat jemput dan hantar dengan harga 15 dolar perjalanan pergi dan balik. Terdapat sistem tip, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk menggunakan dolar. Itu sahaja

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Good services all around, will recommend

The room was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining facilities were only average. Could only get reservations for two of the three restaurants all other meals were at the Marketplace buffet or the outdoor buffet. The buffet meals were fine, but I would have liked more variety. Also, there is music by the pool that starts at 10 am and goes until 10 pm…it would have been fine except for the heavy bass. That is not that enjoyable for older (50-60 year old) guests. Also called down for toilet paper at one point and it took 2 hours to get it. Overall…had a great stay, just a few things that put a damper on it.

I’m making plans to go back this year. The food is fresh and always has great options. Layout of the room is great, beds are comfortable and my ocean view room is magical. The only thing I didn’t like was the excursion planning. The hotel needs to formalize it with published prices/packages or just work with companies.

The whole staff , top to the bottom were fantastic! The manager (Marlon) was particularly super friendly and was caring and helpful with all our needs. I have been to a lot of resorts and this resort is the best. A couple of examples: not once did we need to fight for chairs, no matter what we called the office for, they were there in 5 minutes. They go out of their way to provide great service! Oh yeah, the beach is awesome !!

The staff and service were excellent. Each and every member of the staff greeted us warmly and pretty much helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel is right on the beach with private access which was awesome. Food options were good but you do need to reserve for Ala Carte dining

fabulous food and staff. unlike any other all-inclusive. no need to be a preferred. everyone is preferred. high end alcohol. high end menu choices. clean. plenty of sitting and lounging spaces. no need to get up at 5am to reserve a chair! seriously top notch place. just remember it's a boutique hotel so it is small. not a whole lot of entertainment - just the right amount of music and events to entertain. the beach is beautiful. the pool area is spacious and clean. my husband and I were very impressed.
