Pros: Entrance/Front desk area was nice. Beaches, water, and snorkeling were beautiful.
Cons: Two out of the three bars on property were always closed. 2 restaurants on the property, one was closed down the day after we got there for renovations, leaving one restaurant for the whole property. All you can eat buffet was open for breakfast, lunch, dinner for only 2 hour increments and kept running out of food each time. Fitness Center was always locked. I understand the resort was dealing with the aftermath of a storm, but the property was under constant construction and very noisy. Caution tape everywhere. Ran out of water bottles. Denied bottled soda. Had to spend money at the all-inclusive resort’s gift shop to get water, drinks, and limited snacks. No elevators.
