Ulasan Lincoln Hotel Monterey Park Los Angeles

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life!!!! 1. sound proof was so bad. U can hear next door talking. U can hear people upstairs walking in the room. 2 when client called in, they refuse to connect the call and mentioned no such such person. Even client repeated my name for few times and they answer, too many guests in hotels and I can check one by one ?? Don’t I have a in-house system? 3. Staying for 4 nights, breakfast serving SAME items everyday！ Same Ham， same sausage, same potato and same eggs! 4 toilet is so dirty and u can’t believe it!!!! Pictures attached. 5. This rooms booked for two guests. Went down to front desk, wanna see how come they cannot locate my name when my client called. Out of my surprise and shocked that they also cannot find my colleague name. Asked me to pen down in a price of paper which u can see how the paper look like. 6.tape water was out of order and u can see from the picture, running water while showering and nobody fix it ! 7. The soap as u May see in the pic! What kind of quality is this! 8 the conditional bottle in the shower room is empty ! 9. The strain on the basin and on floor, you cannot believe it 10. Never ever staying in this property !

I didn’t like the location too much, it’s in a Chinese neighborhood and it’s very far from everything. But I’m just writing this because I need to let you guys know that the room was very dirty, everything was dirty. The bathtub was disgusting. The towels was smelling bad so I called the hotel asking if the service room can bring me another towel and he said no that I need to go to the front desk to ask for more so I had to get out of my shower and put some clothes on just to go to the front desk. Also I was with 3 people and in the room had just 2 towels. *There were no shower gel. My bed was completely disgusting with a bad smell as well. I couldn’t sleep well because the bed was so hard, was not comfortable at all. I took the sheets off to put a new one that I bought it because I was disgusted from the smell and I saw this on my bed. I just had a bad experience.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was quite good, but not sound proof. The area is very accessible with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Even a busstop going to downtown LA.

Very friendly staff and very satisfied with the flexible time to check-in especially flight delayed caused us late check-in. Hotel room very clean and value for money. Will definitely visit again!

Location is great for Chinese food. The room I stayed at is a bit dated but I'm glad it is clean.

it was a nice hotell, it will be my go to hotel for sure 😻😻❤️🥰 the food, service and room was 9/10! but you have to ask for the breakfast ticket! dont forget! maybe a softer bed would be perfect!

It’s cool if your staying for a night. It’s really quite. The beds are super stiff. The rug is really Dirty besides that it’s pretty cool. The older man at the desk is very rude and disrespectful but the women that work there are lovely

very nice hotel to stay

There is no bottled water provided as the description, the location is good! Water doesn’t go through the sink well, same as last time, hair conditioner doesn’t even come out, needs to replace a new one.

Clean. Cheap. Staff so friendly will come back to book again
