Such good for stay at MTY

I visited Safi Valle at Monterrey for business. The hotel was very clean, located in safety area. There were various amenities around it, such as Starbucks, OXXO CVS, Soriana supermarket, and a big shopping mall. I was a little disappointed at relying on ice buckets without a refrigerator, but it's not important.

First of all, the room is generally OK, the style and facilities are very luxurious, but the closet light needs to be turned off by the door, which is not convenient to get up in the middle of the night, and it is a bit difficult to sleep without turning off the light. Secondly, I live in 1018 on the 10th floor, and my colleague lives in 1117 on the 11th floor. Both are close to the road. I don’t know if it’s Easter or something else, but the people in the next room had a great time for two nights, and the room was still ringing at two or three in the middle of the night, which was really annoying. . .

The service is really great. Everyone is so kind and considerate and the location is great. The room feels a bit old, but it's clean and nice.

The A/C never worked inside the room, the shower head was broken, maids came in to clean and left trash scattered everywhere. This is the first time this has happened at this location but very disappointed.

Hotel location is great, people is nice, the hotel would be better if it goes through a refurbish.

Everything was pretty good except the shower, the shower door does not close properly and had to put some towels on the floor also it made a strange noise when you turned on the faucet.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is the first time I didn't quite liked the experience. Room looked older than I remembered, toilet didn't worked and waited more than 20 minutes at the restaurant before we left to have breakfast at a different place since there was nobody to take our order at the restaurant at 6:00am even when they said it is a 24hrs restaurant. Before I remember you could see one of the owners walking around in the Hotel making sure everything was fine.. now focus has clearly switched to the brand new hotel they recently opened in the same area.

Beautiful property. Cleaned as expected for a 5 star. Restaurant a little expensive but understandable. Shopping mall across the street with everything you desire from restaurants to name brand stores.

Staff was incredible but the hotel was just not it. I definitely recommend other hotels, since this one is very outdated and old. A lot of things weren’t working in our room, like the telephone, TV, lock, etc.
