I have stayed for one night in this hotel. I would like to warn everyone who is going to stay there, I was in rush leaving the hotel and once I reached south of Italy I figured out that I have forgotten a very valuable watch in the bathroom. When I contacted the hotel staff they just simply said we did not find anything. I am 100% sure that the cleaner who accessed my room that day after I left on 1st July 23 at 8:39 in the morning is the one who took my watch and never reported it as a lost and found. It is not professional at all, the staff we spoke to did not make any effort to check who is the cleaner who accessed the room, because no one accessed it after I left. The hotel staff is thief and I will make sure this will reach to the high management. At least do an effort for your customers by double checking, you have for sure the record of whoever is accessing the rooms and video surveillance everywhere.

Excellent Hotel: the courtesy of everyone, from reception to cleaning ladies has been overwhelming. The quality of their staff is unbeatable: from breakfast to room cleanness, every corner of the hotel is very well serviced and available with comfort. Rooms are spacious and very well taken care of. The position of this hotel is also a great plus: very close to the beach and Pescara city center, much quieter than being n the crowded city.

Great location. Nice staff. A dated building but they keep it nice and clean. Feee parking and breakfast. Good value. And you can walk to the sea in 2 minutes or less.

Excellent location, great price too for what you get. Only Free parking we had in a 2 week trip around Italy! Nothing special, is also a residence so there are renters too. View from our balcony was of the sea and mountains! Small patio to sit outside too.
For food go to Pizza place Calvi 2 blocks. It’s excellent and staff is phenomenal!

The property’s location was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked the fact that the hotel was housing Ukrainian refugees. The only problem with that was we were on the same floor and they have kids& dogs and it was very noisy.
