Hotel berhampiran Château d＇O, Montpellier

Not far from the center(only 10 min walking distance) and two tram stops from St.Roch central train station it was the cheapest room we could find.The girl in the reception was very helpful and professional and speaking very well English! The rooms are exactly as in the photos of Booking.com,new and big.They have kitchen that we didn’t use.the bathroom was big and new !!! Wi-Fi was working perfectly and free !!! A great choice for the beautiful Montpellier !!!

Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. Rien à redire, très bonne expérience, je reviendrai ! Une nouvelle adresse à ne pas manquer sur Montpellier, je ne peux que vous la conseiller. Merci encore pour ce séjour

Most important to me, they accommodated my request to have my mother's room next to ours. Overall our stay was a good experience and we would stay again. The staff was outstanding and helped us with any request we had. The location was perfect, the morning breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean. My mother had a large, wonderful room and we were next door with a room that slept four. The space / floor plan of our room was crowded since we kept the sofa bed pulled out. But seeing as this is an old building, we were just glad they had a room that slept four.

It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. J'ai passé 2 nuits seule dans un des studios proposés et tout était parfait ! Pour une cinquantaine d'euros (basse saison - fin janvier), c'est encore mieux que ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre : propreté irréprochable, literie hyper confortable (j'avais même du mal à sortir de mon lit le matin), espace de rangement très satisfaisant, cuisine équipée (avec lave-vaisselle et hotte!) et séparée de la chambre par une porte, salle de BAINS spacieuse avec grand miroir, les installations (interrupteurs, prises, lampes de chevet,...) sont ergonomiques, pas de désagréments niveau insonorisation, café-thé-chocolat chaud à volonté au RDC, personnel très poli et courtois, bref, rien à redire. J'ai déjà envie d'y retourner :)

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

Hôtel très bien placé, personnel accueillant et bon petit-déjeuner

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel vraiment par hasard et ce fut une jolie surprise. A commencer par la présence d’une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique : bravo ! Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. La qualité des services, la propreté de la chambre et sa configuration avec la douche donnant sur le lit nous ont vraiment plu. Seul bémol : les grincements du lit … Le prix est vraiment très correct au vu des services et du standing de l’établissement.
