There’s zero support staff onsite besides a couple custodial staff, during and outside of business hours. To speak with any employees, you need to call the hotel’s number and speak to someone presumably working remotely. I didn’t get the check in email, so I had to contact ******* and ask them to get the hotel to send me the email while I was standing outside the hotel at 8:30pm. Good location and room looked like the pictures, but was unfinished and uncleaned — paint chipping, fixtures not anchored/falling off walls, my bedsheets were stained with brown (chocolate?) smears and the kitchen appliances were greasy, stained and had hair on them. Made me wonder how thoroughly the room is cleaned between guests, plus there is no broom or any cleaning supplies provided so you can barely keep the room clean yourself.
Had to contact hotel staff on my last day and the employee asked how my stay was. I was honest and told him I wasn’t impressed and I wouldn’t stay here again. He said he was sorry I felt that way, but “could you leave a good review? It would really help us out.”
I wasn’t going to write a review at all until he asked me to write a good one. Why would I lie about my stay at a hotel that I wasn’t happy with just because it would help them out? It felt kind of scummy to me to ask for a good review after I very clearly laid out what I didn’t like about my stay. That call was the nail in the coffin for me.
