Considering the price, I did not expect much, but the hotel proved to be not to bad at all. The staff at the reception was absolutely friendly and the hotel was clean. Also, the rooms were clean. I thought that I had to bring my own toweld and take care of my own bedding, but this was not the case (I might have been given an upgraded room?). What was especially convenient was the possability to use one of the microwaves and to use the drinking water which saved me from buying bottles. With the microwave I made my evening tea. I was initially concerned with the absence of airconditioning, but this was not a problem at all. It was about 25 degree during the day, and it was possible to leave open the window at night. Public transport is nearby (but is not accessable for wheelchairs, strollers etc).

Rien à redire sur la propreté, la chambre, et l’accueil.
Un mal fou à se garer si vous venez avec votre propre véhicule, à proximité de cette hôtel.
Il faut retenir le tarif exorbitant de la taxe de séjour de plus de 6 euros.
Je voyage dans toute la France et j’ai rarement vu une taxe aussi haute.
Il est également incompréhensible qu’on nous demande de régler à notre arrivée, mais qu’ils soient incapable de vous fournir la facture à ce moment-là.
Ils proposent de la récupérer que le lendemain matin.
Attention si vous oubliez le matin de la demander. 😤

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly to me and I could ask him many questions about the facilities. Beds were segregated by thick cartains, so privacy was more or less secured. My stay was entirely comfortable.

Great find! Absolutely loved this hotel. Just on the Paris ring road, 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations and a tram, 20 minutes walk from Betty bus station - great for transport connections. Recommend Ground Control near Bercy station for great food - somewhere you might not come out to if staying in central Paris! The room itself was ideal for a few days away. We didn’t use the kitchen massively but loved it being there as a backup, and did use the facilities to make sandwiches etc. We even had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was a nice surprise! If I’m being really really fussy, would have loved a little bedside ledge and plug both sides and not just one. But that’s no dealbreaker. Overall, would stay again and would definitely look for more hotels from this company too! :)

Beautiful small hotel close to Parc de la Villette. Easy to find in front of the City Hall of Le Pre-Saint-Gervais. It was one night very pleasant with a very attractive price. You have the metro close and many shopping and restaurant options. The place is very quiet and clean. I enjoyed it.

Very nice hotel close to Paris, on the board of Seine. Excellent service, very clean, and it really makes you feel like travelling far away, while you're still in.Europe/France. Very calm area, perhaps a bit remote, but nice restaurants at about 10 min. walking distance.

Among the few hostels that I stayed this one value for money. The bunk beds are nice with own power outlet and lighting. The only issue is that there is no place to hang clothes or towel. The toilet is clean and it is daily maintain by cleaning staff. There is a common kitchen where you can cook, make hot drinks and all the pans and cookery you require to cook a simple meal. Like all other hostels, it’s the guests that mess it up and it’s no surprise that the kitchen wasn’t clean after using the stove while other hostels has wet and messy shared bathrooms. Apart from that minor issue this hostel is highly recommended. All bookings done online are maintained and records are all there when checking in and out. Very central location with short walks to train stations and attractions. Notre Dame cathedral is just 10mins walk away. This is a “must” book hostel for your next visit to Paris.

The service of the night is great! Staff are very professional! And the food is so DELICIOUS! In general all the staff are amazing and professional, feeling like a 4 stars hotel! Le service du dîner est super ! Petit coup de cœur pour Dzena et pour la directrice de l’établissement qui nous ont offert un service très professionnels! Le menu du soir est très très bon! Un régal! Délicieux! Bravo au chef !

Staff is mostly friendly, hotel close to Metro Mairie de Montreuil, Good room, good bed, good shower. However there was a big brown stain in the sheet. Also I ordered Fast/online checkout, but staff did not seem to know how this worked and insisted I checked out formally with them and payed for my bar expenses (while Accor had already sent me the bill to charge my credit card). So time saving did not work. However, I expect this to be clearer next time and will come back.

PPengguna TetamuFranchement pour le prix c'était très bien ! En plus, c'est la 4eme fois que je vais dans un Première Classe, c'est clairement le meilleur des 4. L'accueil est très sympa, la chambre est très bien, le petit dej super. Ma fenêtre donnait derrière donc très calme. Vu le prix, je suis ravie. Habituellement, dans les Première Classe, il y a des odeurs surtout de cigarettes (ce qui n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais du manque de respect des clients) Là, rien du tout ! Ni dans le couloir ni dans la chambre !

PPengguna Tetamucome hotel a 2 stelle, lo valuto 10 lode, senza troppe pretese, il giusto per far qualche giorno a Parigi, il quartiere è molto carino con tanti locali intorno, Bus e Metropolitana comodissimi a pochi metri con collegamenti diretti per il centro e varie zone, stanza e bagno piccoli ma puliti ordinati e con tutto il necessario, si sentono in pochino i rumori delle altre stanze, è molto umile e semplice come hotel, ma ha tutto quel che serve e consente di risparmiare soldini, quindi come hotel 2 stelle nei limiti che può avere un hotel 2 stelle, gli do 10 lode, sono rimasta soddisfatta ... se si vuole la perfezione bisogna pagare e andare ad un 5 stelle ... ma io preferisco avere hotel come questi molto basici ed essenziali a 2 stelle ma perfetti nella loro essenzialità, pittosto che spendere tanti soldi per cose in piu di cui si può far senza per qualche giorno, c'è solo da dormirci e lavarsi ... si è tutto il giorno in giro per visitare la città quindi va benissimo.
