Ulasan Novotel Paris 14 Porte d'Orléans

Nice and clean room. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro station. From thr room we can see Effel Tower.

房間乾淨舒適 空間很大 行八至十分鐘到Porte d’orleans 地鐵站或巴士站，大概20-30分鐘車程可到達市內主要景點 價錢及空間比市內酒店更好

房間很乾凈，很大！服務態度也很好！但是酒店位置比較偏僻，入住出現點問題，等了40分鐘才入住，早餐一般。價格對比別的城市來説太貴了，但在巴黎，這家酒店性價比還可以，推薦大家入住。

不錯的酒店，房間很大，很舒適，很安靜，性價比高。感謝前臺小姐能讓我提早了三個小時入住。這是我在法國住過的最滿意的酒店。

직원도 친절하고 시설도 좋았어요 역시 뭐든 대기업이 좋네요 프로세스가 잘 되어 있어 5성급 부티크호텔 보다 빠르고 편했어요 다만 마지막날 피곤해서 늦게 일정을 나가느라 룸클리닝이 늦어져 문앞에 기다리고 계셨는데 죄송하다고 하고 나갔다 밤에 돌아왔더니 나간 상태 그대로 룸청소가 안되어 있어서 황당했네요 분명 청소원을 마주쳤는데도 불구하고 안하다니 황당 5성급 제외 4성급 몇군데 묵었는데 다 프리워터가 없네요 물값이 비싸서 그런지 층마다 정수기만 비치되어 있어요

酒店環境比較好，早茶也不錯

非常的滿意

I had an uncomfortable stay in this hotel. The air conditioning was hopeless. It just churned the warm air around the already warm room. The helpful staff got me a room fan but it didnt make any difference. You cant open the room window. Also the lifts in the morning are terrble despite there being 3 only 1 of them actually was working correctly. We eventually took the stairs after waitng 10 minutes.

Our stay was really good, room very clean and comfy, the breakfast is amazing, my children loved the Nutella dispenser. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Train station close to hotel very convenient. 100% recommended if youre going to Paris.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday without a need for reminder. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff, the front desk were very helpful with any questions or assistance we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Very good location. Staff are very accommodating. We love to go back again.

It was not at all like a 4 star hotel. Wasnt like the pictures. 4 star hotel without slippers, not clean. We saw a cockroach in the breakfast at the coffee machine.

Business-Hotel close to Metro station. Unfortunately the room was very hot (25⁰C) and it was not possible to regualte AC and heating system. Also not possible to open a window. Also directly above my room they started at 7:15AM on two days construction (hammering, drilling, etc.) and it was no more possible to sleep. In such a case I expect in this price-level to inform the guest upfront and to offer an alternative room.

Very good breakfast spread, staff were friendly and close to the metro station.
