Escale durant notre voyage vers les îles bretonnes, arrivée très tardive en raison des bouchons. Très bien situé. Accueil et prise en charge au top de l’arrivée au départ. Chambre fonctionnelle et petit déjeuner buffet très complet. En bonus : La borne de recharge pour notre véhicule électrique sur le parking. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons apprécié cet hotel récent , personnel sympathique à l'accueil et au restaurant; quelques hic , ne pas avoir bénéficié du tarif sénior , pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, pas de savon dans le réservoir de douche , manque évident de personnel au petit déjeuner , une seule personne pour réassortir les produits ( pluisieurs en manque à 9 heures ) débarrasser les plateux et s'occuper du check-out ; ce sont des détails à améliorer pour un 3 étoiles ( bien méritées par ailleurs )

Ayant été incapable de changer mon billet de train par internet, les employés m'ont aidé avec une très grande amabilité. Je suis une personne âgée et j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur attention. De façon générale, les 2 cousins à l'accueil ont été très agréables. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Wir sind aufgrund eines Fußballspiels des örtlichen Vereins im Aiden Hotel abgestiegen. Der Empfang war freundlich - es gibt gibt allerdings keinen Rezeptionsschalter sondern einen Stehtisch und einen Esstisch, an dem die Mitarbeiter arbeiten - ungewöhnlich, aber zweckmäßig. Sowohl der Mitarbeiter beim Check-In als auch der Mitarbeiter beim Check-Out war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ebenso wie die Reinigungsdamen. Das Auto konnten wir in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage neben dem Hotel (ca. 1 min Fußweg) abstellen - das kostete uns etwa 14 € für die ganze Nacht. Um das Hotel tummeln sich abends komische Gestalten - das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Bahnhof. Das Frühstück kostete 18 € und ist m. E. zu teuer. Es gab zwar Rührei, Bacon und Würstchen, jedoch war zu wenig Baguette da, die Mineralwasserflaschen waren leer und eine laktosefreie Milch war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden - wir wurden auf die Mandelmilch hingewiesen, die verfügbar war. Das wichtigste Argument, welches für dieses Hotel spricht, ist das Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im 3. Obergeschoss, welches durch einen Aufzug zu erreichen war. Das Zimmer war vollumfassend digitalisiert und die Beleuchtung, die Klimaanlage u. v. m. konnten durch das Tablett bedient werden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, es gab zwei Kopfkissen pro Person und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Passende Einrichtungsgegenstände und Accessoires rundeten das Gesamtpaket ab. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sollten wir wieder ein Fußballspiel in Lorient besuchen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

One of the best places we have stayed, 4 nights, clean, everything you could want. Throw in a pool and spa and its fantastic. Big rooms, air con, easy access to Vannes. Supermarket, and fuel two minute away, second exit on round about. Also local bus into town end of road. Really can't fault with the exception of the out side chairs and tables not really comfortable. Staff very nice.

Nous avons réservé un cottage 6 personnes, suffisamment grand et bien agencé. La résidence est calme, endroit idéal pour se reposer. Accueil professionnel par une hôtesse souriante. C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et je recommande cette résidence.

The hotel is located in close proximity to downtown Vannes, in the Golf of Morbihan, and 1.2 km from the SNCF station. This hotel is convenient if you are travelling by car as it has plenty of free parking however it is a bit of a walk to the town centre and you will need to be taking a taxi to get back to the hotel in the evening as it is not a very pleasant walk - a choice between walking through a housing estate or along a busy main road. The hotel itself is nothing special, the rooms are clean and comfortable but quite basic. It felt very much like a business hotel rather than a tourist hotel, the bar is not very welcoming in the evening as all the lights were switched off and there was nobody there. On the plus side - The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

PPengguna TetamuCourrier à la Direction : Madame, Veuillez prendre note de mon retour d’expérience au regard de mon séjour passé dans votre établissement. Les faits : J’ai loué une chambre double du 05 au 06 mai. A mon arrivée dans la chambre 103 en milieu d’après midi, je constate en tirant les voilages que les fenêtres n’ont pas été nettoyées à l’extérieur depuis un certain temps, le garde-corps est dans le même état, on oserait pas y poser ses mains. Les toiles d’araignées ont déjà élues domicile dans les coins. On s’étonne de ne pas y trouver des pigeons nicher sur le rebord des fenêtres … Je ne parle même pas de l’état de propreté de la fenêtre de la salle bain.. Je manifeste mon mécontentement auprès de la réception où officient 3 agents, visiblement loin d’être concernés par ma plainte. Je précise que si je n’observais pas une amélioration de la situation le lendemain, je quitterai les lieux pour un autre établissement. En regagnant confiant ma chambre le lendemain en début de soirée, la situation ne s’est toujours pas améliorée: les fenêtres sont toujours aussi sales, le ménage sommairement effectué dans la salle de bain (le miroir de courtoisie encore taché de dentifrice), deux coupelles vides avec cloches ne sont pas débarrassées…Je ne parle même pas de l’état des plinthes chargées de poussière au niveau de la tête de lit, et des miettes du kouign amann du petit déjeuner qui jonchent encore le sol ... Pressé par un RDV, je redescends au niveau de la réception et m’assois temporairement dans un fauteuil du bar. Votre réceptionniste, qui travaillait aussi la veille, me demande si je souhaite consommer quelque chose. Je décline et demande en revanche l’adresse du manager général de l’établissement. Je reçois une carte de visite avec le nom du responsable et modifie moi-même son adresse e-mail qui n’était pas correcte sur le carton. Aucune question émise par votre réceptionniste sur mes motivations à vouloir contacter le manager tout comme de savoir si j’étais satisfait de mon séjour…. Avec ce genre de comportement, je comprends très vite qu’il y a soit une amnésie du personnel, soit une volonté manifeste de s’asseoir sur les souhaits et problèmes des clients. Je fais rapidement mon choix. Dans la nuit du 06 au 07, je suis brutalement réveillé vers 4h du matin par une très violente rixe entre deux hommes qui a lieu sous mes fenêtres et qui dure plus de 15 minutes. L’environnement de votre établissement est déjà un problème et la qualité de l’insonorisation de vos fenêtres côté rue n’apaise certainement pas la situation. Quand à la mauvaise qualité du sommeil, elle atteint son paroxysme dans ce genre d’événement…. Je me rendors difficilement vers 6h du matin puis je suis dérangé à 10h par l’entrée brutale de la femme de ménage dans ma chambre. Certainement pressée d’en découdre rapidement avec le nettoyage de ma chambre, celle-ci pénètre sans frapper, claque la porte sans s’excuser et fais demi-tour rapidement dans le couloir… A 11h, lors de m

PPengguna TetamuNous avons réservé pour 7 nuits du 13 au 20 Août 2023, nous sommes accueilli par le directeur, Jean-Louis, un professionnel de l'hôtellerie. C'est une personne très sympathique, il est à l'écoute de ses clients et aux petits soins, toujours joignable, il nous a conseillé les endroits à visiter, ainsi que les bons restaurants. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du centre ville, de la gare, du port. Arrêt de bus a proximité pour aller au port ou en centre ville. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, Wifi gratuit. Nous avions la chambre 22 qui est très spacieuse, très bonne literie, télé grand écran, lavabo et douche séparé des wc. L'hôtel est très propre, très belle décoration. Le ménage et le lit sont fait tout les jours. Accès aux chambres soit par l'escalier, soit par l'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. L'hôtel est très calme. Je vous recommande cet hôtel, si un jour nous revenons sur Lorient c'est chez Jean-Louis que nous viendrons.
