Tiene una excelente ubicación para el centro de Morelia y los cuartos aceptables para el precio. Para usar para viajes de negocio es terrible el hotel, el estacionamiento no esta cerca, no tiene amenidades como el resto de los hoteles de la cadena, el sistema de facturación peor que ningun otro hotel, los telefonos para contactar no los tiene bien ni la central de reservaciones, no estan en google correctos, muy mala experiencia, de los más de 400 hoteles visitados a mi experiencia este quedo en los 10 bottom. Adicional que es ruidoso por los bares y centros nocturnos cercanos

Las instalaciones son viejas, el cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado, el estacionamiento tiene muy mala apariencia, el elevador se ve en mal estado y descuidado, los de la recepción no saben de las reservas electronicas pagadas por medios como trip.com o trivago

El cuarto bien comparado versus el dinero, así que me bien. Muy cálido, tradicional diría yo. Por eso también me gusto. Pero lo mejor de lo mejor sin duda alguna fue la ubicación a tan solo tres cuadras de la plaza principal, eso me encanto.
