温泉は2種類あって、どちらも気持ちよかったです。 朝食は何を食べるか迷うくらい種類が豊富で美味しかったです。ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

初めフロントに予約の名前がないと言われ、Trip.comの予約画面を見せてやっと見つけてもらうなど、フロントのスキルに難がありましたが、温泉も素晴らしく、なによりも料理が素晴らしく、大満足でした。次の年末年始も是非利用したいです。

窓一面に御所湖が広がり、それだけで非日常の気分で心が沸き立ちます。 設備やお湯、料理も十分にリフレッシュできる内容でした。

環境清幽，員工服務態度佳，晚餐食物質素很好。適合一家大小渡假旅遊，酒店設備充足。 交通略嫌不便，只宜駕車旅遊。

食事もおいしく満足しました。

酒店很大，就在湖邊正對岩手山，有兩個溫泉，包含的早晚餐是半自助的也很不錯！

湖風景盡入眼簾

The onsen ryokan in a modern building. The service was excellent. We were greeted politely at the check-in. There was a group of guests but the staff managed to avoid the crowd. The staff explained the facilities and services of the hotel. The room was Japanese style room. Spacious and nice lake view. There was nice view area with a small table and chairs where we could sip Japanese tea while relaxing after Onsen bath. There were at least 4 big bath places, 2 on the second floor and 2 on the third floor. While the second-floor big bath has a view, the third-floor onsen does not. However, I felt that the third floor was real onsen, Gensen-kakenagashi. Maybe the second-floor ones were not onsen but just hot water? But it had a great view. I went to the second-floor big bath before sunset and the third-floor onsen after sunset. The plan included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was a course menu and buffet. Local food and Abalone made dinner so special, and we cannot forget milk-based soup. They do have a bus from/to Morioka station. Need advanced reservation. We used a hotel bus from Morioka station, but used a public bus on return. They took us to Tsunagi Onsen bus station by car.

A very nice hotel outside the city of Morioka with a stunning view to the river and the mountains. The hotel offers traditional Japanese rooms where you sleep on madrasses on the floor and a very traditional onsen bath with hot water from a hot spring. If you are in the area, I recommend a stay at this hotel and the full experience try a Japanese room.

旅行会社の2泊3日のフリーツアーで宿泊しました。新幹線と宿泊というシンプルなツアーです。現在は片道200円の盛岡駅からホテルまでの往復送迎も含まれていました。ただ、2日目に送迎バスに乗って盛岡市内へ出る際は片道200円がかかりました。盛岡駅出発は午後3時の1本だけなので、もう少し遊びたい場合は路線バスの利用になりますが、その場合は盛岡駅から630円でした。この路線バスはイオンモールや盛岡てづくり村を経由するので35分ほどかかります。終点の繋温泉からホテルまでは歩いて15分ほどですが、到着してから電話をすると迎えに来てくれます。これは無料です。ホテルのエントランスは2階になりますが、大きなロビーがあり、目の前に広がる御所湖が見渡せます。ここではシーズンに寄りますが毎晩さんさ踊りが午後8時15分から25分間開催されています。日替わりで保存会が変わるので、踊りや太鼓も違い、毎晩見ても楽しめますし凄い迫力です。午後3時からはロビーのウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーや紅茶、オレンジジュース、アイスキャンディーがいただけます。氷もベンダーがあるので、部屋飲みにも使えました。温泉は3回に大浴場があり、ここも良いのですが、2階にある南部曲り家の湯が良かったです。午前5時から午後10時までで、日替わりで2種類の湯を楽しめます。建築も素晴らしいです。食事はツアーに含まれていましたが、2晩とも違いとても美味しかったです。朝食はバイキングですが地産の料理（ひっつみ汁、盛岡蕎麦、じゃじゃ麺など）も多いです。客室については全ての部屋がレイクビューになっていますが、上層階の方が良いようです。12畳の和室に窓際に3畳ほどのイスとテーブルのスペースがあります。独立したトイレと広めの洗面台があり、部屋風呂もありましたが温泉があるので使いませんでした。
