This was a great place to stay after returning from a 12 day trip to Europe as we were able to park our car for 12 days before we flew out & stay overnight on our return at a reasonable price for a room with a delicious breakfast & parking for around $227. They have a friendly service & an airport shuttle. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices with their delicious cinnamon rolls, pancakes, a delicious western omelet and more. Also at night they had a very delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we fly out of RDU.

This hotel is incredibly noisy nestled between a highway and a train track . When I arrived I asked to be switched to the other side because there was a train. But the assistant general manager to fail to say we are happy to move you but there's a highway on the other side which I feel like would have been useful so I could have decided at that moment rather than settling into another room. After one night with the highway making itnhard to sleephe front desk member, Jhane, was very rude to me about my concerns with the noise (”we're not going to move you because of the train” after not obtaining answers to two earlier calls trying to find out the first and last train where she tried to tell me that didnt matter for my sleep and hung up each time without saying goodbye, thank you, or any appropriate closing, the HVAC unit wouldn't stay on to block the noise despite having a low, high and auto settings which maintenance said could not be fixed and worked that way in all rooms, my wake-up call request for 650 am came at 550 instead and I couldn't fall back asleep meaning I lost an hour of sleep, and it took at least 10 minutes for the shower to heat up to a comfortable level. My colleagues noted the same about their showers and HVAC.

We Stayed here so that we could look around the Cary area. It’s pretty close to the downtown Cary area, very quiet. Was a decent hotel with really comfy beds and good breakfast.

We arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person. All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal. The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away. One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see. Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

Booked a king room. Upon arrival we were informed the room was on the fourth floor, and without elevator access. So we were given a much smaller room on the first floor and told since they had to make the change, they would waive the pet fee upon receiving the bill. We were still charged a pet fee. No hairdryer in the room. My husband went to the front desk to ask for one and was told housekeeping would bring one to the room shortly they never came. He went out to look for housekeeping staff found hotel employee standing outside the door, smoking and screaming into her phone, vulgar profanities unacceptable staff behavior, especially when there were children within earshot of this.

We enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in this hotel with in 2 months. We liked it the first time so we went back again. Very clean. And friendly staff.
