Aparthotel Page 20 housed inside a legendary "book house", Page 20 apartment hotel is located in Moscow's Arbat District.This L-shaped,resembling an open folio, 26-story apartment tower was built in 1968 and is one of the finest examples of postmodernist architecture in Moscow. After renovation in 2018, the technical equipment and interiors of the building were transformed, while maintaining the innovative spirit and concept of a place where it is pleasant to work, create and relax.
Page 20 sits on the magnificent New Arbat street.There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, and famous theaters and museums are easily accessible on foot. So, a walk to the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Red October art cluster or the Pushkin Museum will take no more than 20 minutes, and a 15-minute drive to the Moscow City business center or Zaryadye Park. And if you don't want to go anywhere, watch the city from a bird's-eye view directly from the windows of your apartment.
The Page 20 apartments are available both alone and with friends, a large family and with children. We offer our guests six types of rooms from 25 to 65 m2, from a small studio to spacious three-bedroom apartments with two bedrooms and a living room. Each room has a kitchen with a full set of dishes and all kinds of utensils, panoramic windows with stunning views of the city. The apart-hotel Page20 has a 24-hour Room service. Guests are offered a lot of useful and pleasant details that you usually won't find in a hotel room an audio speaker with Bluetooth, dumbbells and a yoga mat, a washing machine, paintings, books and flowers.
Page 20 has an intuitive approach to each guest, lightness and unobtrusiveness. Just contact the reception in the lobby of the 20th floor or contact us in any convenient way. Absolutely beautiful apartment in the center of Moscow. Gorgeous view from wide windows- you can easily spend hours looking from these windows. Very wide windowsill- which was very important for me. You have all equipment in the apartment , from Nesspresso machine to Grohe rainshower. All furniture is brand new. The appointment was very clean - another important detail for me. Design is just beautiful- cozy and stylish at the same time. Another details which made my stay pleasant are yogamat and JBL speaker. Staff is very attentive and very polite- helped with all I asked.

I wanted to start off by thanking Suzanne for the warm and friendly attitude. The staff at Page 20 was very friendly and communicative with me during the entire stay. Anytime l I had a question, they would answer right away and provided more than a 5 star experience. I would compare this place to a Park Hyatt. The apartment is very stylish, modern and clean. And it is well located in the city. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Прекрасный отель! Невероятно чуткий персонал-относился к нам с превеликим уважением. Очень красивый интерьер, невероятный вид на Москву! Мы, как москвичи, чувствовали себя в совершенно другом городе и в новом путешествии! С радостью вернемся еще! Спасибо отелю и администраторам!

Проживали семьей в данном Апартотеле. Очень вежливый и приятный персонал, в номере есть абсолютно всё для быта, чувствовали себя как дома, чисто, уютно. Шикарный вид из окна на Новый Арбат. Лучше даже некоторых Хилтонов, Шератонов и т.п., в которых жили не раз. Обязательно ещё вернемся в данный отель!

Всегда здесь остаеавливаемся. Всегда на высоте!!! Красивый вид. Качество обслуживания. Рекомендую к проживанию. Завтраки! Чистота в номере. Всегда Бут на встречу по любым вопросам. Удобное местоположение. Все в пешей доступности.

Великолепный отель с самым радушным персоналом !!Отдыхали семьей и остались под самым теплым впечатлением от встречи до момента выезда . Стильный , модный, про панораму из окна можно отдельно петь оды )) Чувстуется во всем забота о гостях ( даже есть коврик для йоги ) Отдельное спасибо Сюзанне , что так подробно познакомила с отелем . Однозначно теперь это один из наших любимых отелей . Однозначно рекомендуем !!!

Очень комфортные , чистые апартаменты , мы часто останавливаемся в Page20aparthotel . Жили в нескольких номерах , все они прекрасны , были однажды с детьми , довольны остались все! А какие виды открываются из панорамных окон - невозможно оторваться! Приветливо и по-дружески встречают на регистрации. Спасибо вам за гостеприимство ❤️🙏🏻

Возвращаемся сюда второй раз и обязательно приедем ещё — уютно, стильно, гостеприимно. Отличный вариант для того, чтобы отдохнуть или отметить праздник. Была на свой день рождения — отель украсил номер шарами и подарили бутылочку просекко😍 Персонал потрясающий: отзывчивый, приятный, быстро исполняют любую просьбу) находиться тут очень комфортно!

Это впервые, когда я пишу отзыв. Выбирала по отзывам, которые показались мне «заказными». Уж больно все лучезарные были. Но я все-таки рискнула. И вы знаете, апартаменты оказались именно такими, какими из описывали- бомбелло! Просто восторг! Идеально все! Полный набор посуды и кухонной утвари приятно удивили, проживание было максимально комфортным. А вид из окна это просто нечто! Дите сидело на подоконнике и завороженно наблюдало за жизнью большого города с 20го этажа. Кстати, окна открываются только на проветривание, поэтому я была спокойна, батареи регулируются, поэтому при -9 за окном в комнатах было очень тепло, на ночь вообще их выключали! Шикарная огромная кровать, постельное белье, подушки и шторы блэкаут создают приятные условия для сна до обеда) в 20ти метрах от отеля есть магазин « перекресток», все необходимое можно купить там. В номере идеальная чистота, а приятным бонусом бесплатная ежедневная уборка! Апартаментами очень довольна! Превзошли все ожидания! Обязательно остановимся здесь еще! Теперь мой отзыв тоже похож на заказной😂
