I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

I use to stay more than 100 nights a year in hotels worldwide. I am also a regular guest of the Ritz Carlton Moscow. The level of commitment and customer service of all the staff of this hotel is simply outstanding and second to none. To just give you an idea: at my current stay I caught a severe cold. 2 members of the exceptional Lounge team recognized my sickness and arranged for a ginger tea, cookies and a warming blanket brought to my room, together with an accompanying card (see photo). I have never experienced any other hotel in the world with such caring staff. They really always make me feel home away from home.

The Pros-smooth check in process, very polite and attentive front dest staff. the hotel has a great location right across the river, the view from our room was wonderful, we could see Red square and the river, definitely a plus! we checked out at 3am to catch our flight and an older man at front desk was extremely helpful with our suitcases and getting us a taxi, I wish I had his name. thank you! the cons- our room although it had a great view it was not clean like a 5 star hotel room should be, the room was big but old and very dusty, we got an old tv that was not working properly, old furniture, old bathroom. The Spa was not good after visiting other spas in luxury hotels in Moscow this one didn't have much to offer.

Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

We (4 ladies) stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room (40 m²). A Deluxe room is a larger guest room than the superior one. This room was very comfortabale and well designed. The bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a towel warmer & electric rack dryer for a quick wash. Etro toiletries are provided daily. The Breakfast is great with large variety. I really liked the semolina porridge; it was light and tasty; and the Benedict (well poached) eggs served on soft English muffin with (NOT so eggy flavored) hollandaise sauce was perfect. St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya is the only hotel in the centre of Moscow offering full Butler Service to every guest of every room type. My butler was the sweet and amazing, Mr. Yousef. Отель попросил написать отзыв, штош ))) Итак срок проживания в отеле 10 дней. При бронировании в стоимость номера входил завтрак, не помню акция это была или «фича по дефолту», однако это было важным критерием при поиске отеля. Не очень хотелось по утрам куда - то бежать, где можно позавтракать быстро и вкусно. Отель расположен в ультра удобном месте для туриста, да наверное и для делового человека, так как станция метро Китай - город в этом же доме, до Красной площади 10 минут от номера неторопливым променадом, а количество и гастронаправленность «едален» и питейных заведений на ул. Маросейка превышает все ваши возможные голодные и хмельные фантазии. Напротив отеля есть храм (он иногда благостно звенит) и супермаркет Eurospar, где можно приобрести все необходимое (даже готовую еду). Но вернемся к отелю. Здание историческое, лифта нет и его не будет никогда, но это не страшно потому что 4 этаж это не высоко, а именно там был наш номер категории стандарт. Если хотите можете оставить багаж на первом этаже (reception на втором) и его, наверное принесут (так написано у входа внизу). Обслуживающий персонал и особенно администратор максимально дружелюбны (здороваются каждый раз когда вы проходите мимо) и помогают в решении любых задач, нам например помогли решить не связанную с отелем проблему 👍. Номер категории стандарт расположен в мансарде под крышей, он весьма стандартен для «звездности» отеля и удивил милым мансардным окном. В номере сейф, шкаф, кондер, телевизор, холодильничек, пару чашек и пару стаканов и брендированная бутылка с ежедневно доливаемой туда питьевой водой. Чистота в номере и частота смена полотенец и белья кровати на пять звезд👍. В качестве бесплатного фана, пару дней номер дарил аккустические стоны темпераментной женщины за стеной, в разное время суток. 🤣В ванной была проблема - там напрочь отсутствуют полочки и крючки для вашего скарба. Все, что вы привезли с собой, можно разместить только на раковине размером с тарелку для второго блюда. Но учитывая, что на ней уже стоит мыльница с мылом полезная площадь сокращается до паски сигарет. Владельцам электрических зубных щеток нужно быть осторожными ☝️ из-за их веса, у стакана для щеток, прикрученного к стене вышибает дно и технологичный девайс для рта падает на пол как парашютист в Советском колхозе. Полотенца в отсутствие крючков всегда заталкиваешь на батарею. В ванной регулярно докладывают мини шампуни, гели для душа и есть одноразовые тапочки. Короче, от номера остались только положительные впечатления и все описаное выше исключительно позитив. 👍 И вот теперь следует вернутся к началу отзыва, и поговорить…о завтраке. Да, я понимаю, что отель расположен в историческом центре и наверное средний срок пребывания в нем около 3 дней. Но мой постой длился 10 суток и я в полной мере смог ощутить особенности включенного завтрака. Кстати тех, кто не купил завтрак сразу с номером (или ему не прикрепили его к номеру по акции) перед кафе зазывает доска с надписью мелом о завтраке по системе

В этом уютном отеле в самом сердце столицы я остановилась впервые и осталась настолько довольна всеми опциями, что собираюсь посетить его вновь! Очень много атмосферных ресторанчиков и стильных магазинчиков в пешей доступности. Сам отель расположен в здании классического для Москвы начала прошлого века стиле. Широкие лестницы, большие окна, просторные холлы - много воздуха , одним словом. Сам номер уютный и тёплый, что имеет для меня первостепенное значение в зимний сезон. Плюсы: 1) Отель расположен очень удобно в самом центре, но относительно тихой зоне, совсем рядом много различных кафе, магазинов, аптека. 2) Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый, можно сказать, эталон общения администраторов отеля с гостями (как при личном контакте, так и при переписке). 10 из 10 3) Отель очень уютный, опрятный, в целом, чисто. Большая ванная комната, душевая кабина. 4) Тапочки, халаты (хоть и не пользовались), гигиенический набор (зубная щетка, паста, ватные диски, палочки, гель для душа, шампунь). Правда, по пасте есть вопрос: 1 пакетик на человека и крайне неудобный формат и еле хватает на 2 использования, если не высохнет, а если и высохнет, то новый все равно не дадут). Зачем вообще ее давать? Или может тогда уж давать микротюбики, что гораздо практичнее? Как видите, в этом пункте затесались и минусы)) 5) Очень удобные большая кровать, подушки, одеяла. 6) Хорошее отопление. 7) Замечательные шторы, которые отлично справляются со своей функцией. Теперь, к сожалению, о минусах. 1) Шумоизоляции никакой. Это самый главный пункт, на который глаза закрыть никак не удастся, надо закрывать уши, поэтому смело берите с собой беруши! Я не шучу, да, во многих отелях есть проблемы со звукоизоляцией, но с такой катастрофой столкнулись впервые: несмотря на то, что номер был далеко за углом, было ВСЕ слышно, что происходит на лестнице, в коридоре, а особенно, и, что хуже всего, каждое движение в номере сверху..2 ночи звук постоянно передвигаемого кресла, на 3 ночь уже подошли к администратору, попросили уладить этот момент, благодаря ему, все же в 2 ночи можно было позволить себе уснуть. Первый раз в жизни отметила для себя, что наличие коврового покрытия было бы точно не лишним. Естественно, своих «туалетных» соседей вы тоже будете взаимно слышать) Забавно, что сам отель пункт «звукоизоляция» внес в графу «удобства в номере», всегда вызывали смех такие моменты - давайте уж писать, что стены и пол, крыша над головой, наличие дверей..в общем, все, что само собой полагается, вне зависимости даже от звездности. Но иронично лишь то, что эту хваленую звукоизоляцию они обеспечить и не могут. 2) Холодильник, точнее, его отсутствие. Если честно, стало очень большой неожиданностью отсутствие минибара. Для отеля, позиционирующего себя как 4-звездночного, это все же неожиданный неприятный момент, сколько отелей объездила первый раз с таким «ноу-хау» столкнулась. 3) Расположение унитаза. Ну, вам гости дорогие, самим выбирать: либо боком сидеть, либо коленками упершись в тумбу под раковиной (хотя, возможно, такие «гениальные» решения не во всех номерах). 4) Вода. Когда ты с трудом настроил себе почти подходящую температуру воды в душе - а это крайне сложно, друзья мои - радуйся недолго, т.к. самопроизвольное ее «гуляние» тебя настигнет в течение 1-2 минут. 5) Всего на 1 гостя приходится 2,5 полотенца (1 маленькое для рук и лица, 1 большое, общее для ног). На мой взгляд, маловато, не находите? Один раз дали сильно потрепанное жизнью, исхудавш

Останавливался в данном отеле в середине марта 2021 года, когда прилетал в столицу на бизнес-тренинг. Задача была найти лучший вариант проживания в центре Москвы и при этом сэкономить бюджет нашей небольшой фирмы. Д-отель смог удовлетворить мои запросы. Идеальное расположение, до метро 100 метров, до достопримечательностей Красной площади не более полукилометра. Смог погулять там в вечернее время. О самом отеле. Номера чистые, персонал приветливый, есть все необходимое. Я проживал в номере ”Комфорт”, там была СВЧ-печь, холодильник и балкон, сплит-система. Звукоизоляция достаточная, я не слышал звуки улицы и соседей. Матрац и мебель в номере не новые, но удобные, не производят впечатления ”уставших”. Для кого-то может быть минусом расположение отеля на 4 этаже дома, но для меня это не вызвало неудобств. Рекомендую данный отель для бюджетного путешествия в Москву.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

Номера чистые, персонал приветливый, есть все необходимое. Я проживал в номере ”Комфорт”, там была СВЧ-печь, холодильник и балкон, сплит-система. Звукоизоляция достаточная, я не слышал звуки улицы и соседей. Матрац и мебель в номере не новые, но удобные, не производят впечатления ”уставших”. Для кого-то может быть минусом расположение отеля на 4 этаже дома, но для меня это не вызвало неудобств. Рекомендую данный отель для бюджетного путешествия в Москву.

Ibamos a llegar temprano desde Estambul. Turckish nos pidió un PCR a último momento, tuvimos que perder el vuelo, comprar otro y llegar de noche. Somos de Argentina, donde no vende Rublos. El banco del aeropuerto, ya estaba cerrado. Fuimos al hotel y teníamos los dólares para pagar las 3 habitaciones reservadas y Rublos para pagar la primer noche. A pesar de ser turistas, no hablar ruso , haber viajado de la mañana a la noche y que era tarde, nos dijeron que fueramos derecha izquierda y cambiáramos plata. Caminamos más de una hora, nos perdimos, preguntábamos a la gente como podíamos, estábamos agotados. Nos debieron anotar la dirección y explicar que se cambia en florerías o farmacias. Era lo básico!! O debían ir ellos, ya que una vez que aprendí, vi que era fácil. Perdimos mucho salud. No entiendo como un Hotel, no está preparado para eso. Gracias que fuimos. No recomiendo Rusia a ningún extranjero con ésta complicación. Que agarren los dólares y los cambien ellos o que esperen un día o nos acompañen. Y que más garantía, que dejarles 2 mil dólares!!! y pasaportes.

Hi I stay 7 night in Hotel Mirros hotel have very advantage and little disadvantage 1- Close of Metro- and Bus 2- Close of Red Squire, Kremlin, Alexander Garden and summery very good location of moscow 3- Mirros is 3star hotel but same 4 star Hotel 4- Staff is very kind, Friendly and expert 5- Breakfast is good and High quality 6- Price of this hotel is good for standard room and junior suite Disadvantage 1- standard room have not any facility (Cool Box, Safe Box, Have not any shampoo and body gel, for this reason we change standard room to suite junior and suite junior have all facility and was 25 meters I recommended This Hotel for good travels Moscow is Big city and You must close of central, bus, metro and Sightseeing places (Red square, Kremlin, Moscow museum, ......)

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.
