Das Hotel ist neu, modern, gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und bieten alles, was man benötigt. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, was Auswahl und Qualität angeht etwas verbesserungswürdig, dafür ist das Cafe / die Bar des Hotels sehr gut, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Kuchen und Getränken. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und aufmerksam, sprechen sehr gutes Englisch, manche sogar etwas Deutsch.

It is my 4th. time in this convenient hotel which is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. 2 large elevators. I came as a tour guide from Israel with groups and they enjoyed their stay.

Great hotel in the center of old town Mostar. Not much in terms of amenities but the restaurant has great food and the service is second to none. Great place to stop for a night or two to experience the old town and enjoy some traditional food. The staff and the scenic location are what makes this hotel stand out. Lejla and her sister were the stars of the staff. I may come back just because of Lejla

Room was spacious and clean. Air Condition worked like a charm. Big balcony and view on Mostar is also a great addition. Staff was very polite, a la carte lunch was delicious and breakfast was very very very nice. Lots of different food and fruits. Espresso was nice too. When it comes to spa, if you are coming here to relax by the pool, or in the sauna, well don't. The pool is small, sauna wasn't warm enough and hammaam was out of order. In addition to that some rude kids and parent were swimming, shouting, playing with beach balls i this small pool now allowing anyone to relax. Everyone complained at least five times, staff was trying really hard to get that in order but in vain. In other hotels they would be expelled but in this one. Overall experience was really positive. One of the best experiences I had. Starting with hotel booking per se, it was fully booked season. I managed to book by direct contact with the front disk as an old loyal customer. Emailing was prompt and to the point when I changed our arrival time. Room location was very nice with Neretva view, spacious with extra bed. The bathroom was excellent. Top clean and quality service at front desk and room service. The breakfast was very good. Hotel location was very convenient. Thank you Bristol Hotel family- it was very nice stay and hope to see you once again.

The staff were very friendly and open to help you with everything. Location was good, near restaurants, old bridge, also the room was clean. The breakfast was tasty and you had some choices. I really recommend this hotel if you choose Mostar.

Hôtel simple, à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Mostar. Petite structure de moins de 10 chambres. Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais vous trouverez facilement de quoi vous restaurer dans la vieille ville de Mostar, dont l'entrée est en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel Deny dispose de quelques places de parking privées. Les chambres sont de standing simples propres, bien entretenues. La salle de bains est dotée d'une douche et WC. Les chambres sont climatisées et la literie est confortable. En plus de sa situation idéale, le gros atout de cet hôtel sont simplement les gérants Ines et Elvir, deux personnes extraordinaires! Très sympathiques, souriantes, à l'écoute elles feront absolument tout ce qu'il leur est possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup à eux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, grâce à leur hospitalité, leurs bons conseils pour les restaurants (et même la réservation du dîner suite à notre arrivée tardive) Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel Mepas in Mostar, which is located in the center and within the shopping mall, is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and it also has its own indoor pool, jacuzzi, wellness center, and the food in the restaurant is really delicious, plentiful and varied, and what I would rate the most is great kindness of all the employees in this wonderful hotel and all these people are in fact a real proud pillar of this facility. THANK YOU Thank you all for your hospitality, because I, as a person with special needs, enjoyed myself, but it's really nice to come to your hotel and feel like you're at home, and I'm sure we'll see each other again.. All in all, everyone who wants to come to Mostar I highly recommend Hotel Mepas Hotel with soul!!! thank you i really enjoyed it....
