酒店交通便利,距離高速很近;同時,距離莫斯塔爾的古街古橋大約5分鐘步行,位置極好;早餐很豐盛與美味,特別是炸雞肉和炸茄盒,是特色;餐廳的工作人員服務態度很不錯,對我們很友好; 我們訂的家庭房,空間大,床鋪舒適,唯一不足是有點冷,需要加蓋被子; 酒店的視野很棒,夜晚可以看到古城的萬家燈火,白天可以俯瞰內雷特瓦河谷,從清晨的雲霧繚繞到上午的藍天白雲,景色宜人! 強烈推薦來莫斯塔爾自由行的朋友,來入住!非常不錯的酒店!

適合自駕遊,停車場很大,就在高速公路旁邊. 離老城景點下山走10分鐘,就是上山會酒店可能老年人會有點吃力. 其他都很好

Nice modern hotel with panaramic views of Mostar. The hotel is well appointed to access the old town of lovely Mostar but as the hotel is uphill it would be taxing for those with mobility issues. Reception staff were not as helpful as those encountered in other hotels and it felt more impersonal for that reason and clinical. Would have given 3.5 for this reason. Breakfast was pretty good.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The owner is never present and the service that the rude and lazy employees provide is horrible. We thought it would be nice to get a massage and use their "spa". The massage was the worst I've ever experienced. They only massage your neck and the backside of your back and legs. Afterwards you are coated with oil which they use rough paper towel to remove the oil. Hoping to take a shower there is no soap and only scalding HOT water making it even impossible to take a shower. You can't make this stuff up! With such little effort this place could be thriving, but it STARTS with the owner who obviously does not know about the attitudes of his poor employees nor the condition of his property. The solution. Maintain the hotel and get new staff that cares. Is that too much to ask? If so, sell the hotel. P.S. The restaurant was fantastic and the service incredible!!!

Room was spacious and clean. Air Condition worked like a charm. Big balcony and view on Mostar is also a great addition. Staff was very polite, a la carte lunch was delicious and breakfast was very very very nice. Lots of different food and fruits. Espresso was nice too. When it comes to spa, if you are coming here to relax by the pool, or in the sauna, well don't. The pool is small, sauna wasn't warm enough and hammaam was out of order. In addition to that some rude kids and parent were swimming, shouting, playing with beach balls i this small pool now allowing anyone to relax. Everyone complained at least five times, staff was trying really hard to get that in order but in vain. In other hotels they would be expelled but in this one. Overall experience was really positive. Thanks hotel "Eden".

Horrible property, avoid at all costs. Room was filthy, hallways filled with dirty couches. Dust and dead bugs in our room, shower appalling. Bedding not put on beds, management refused to open our safe because he was eating so we carried our valuables. Canceled one night and management refuses to respond to ******* about refund that they personally approved so having to dispute. Gross hotel. All around 0/10

We did not stay at the hotel but used the spa and booked a massage. The sauna was out of order so we just had the pool which was lovely. My partner and I booked a 60 minute massage. He stated his massage was fine. However mine was an awful experience. (For context I am a 23 yr old female). I had a male doing my massage which I normally wouldn’t mind. However he was incredibly ‘handsy’. Did not cover me with a towel. He was touching my bottom and inner thighs and was very close to my crotch. He spend about 20 of the 60 minutes focusing on my crotch area. I felt very uncomfortable and unable to relax. However due to my anxiety I could not share these concerns with him (I know I should have!). So just a warning to other young ladies - I would suggest requesting a female masseuse or be aware this may also happen to you!

Stayed one night good hotel very clean comfortable room and good breakfast. Conveniently located near the old town less than 10 minutes walk away. Some good views from balcony. Would have given five stars but had issue with safe contacted reception and they would send someone up. Waited two hours and nothing. So I had to take my valuables with me as could not use safe. Very poor way to treat a guest. But otherwise good hotel just please look after guests if they have a problem

So rude customer service They just ignore your messages and block your number for simple things like change dates for stay in my case So disappointed Unprofessional behavior They just worry about money They are not ready to accept tourists

When we arrived at the hotel we were quite pleased. The hotel seemed nice and the facilities also. We got our room keys and saw the room. It was nice but we thought it was smaller than what we booked but reception assured us that was our room. So either we got the wrong room or the qm sizing is wrongly advertised. Unfortunately there is no kettle in the room and if you ask you get told no. Also they have rules you’re not allowed your own drinks or any kind of food in the room as you have to buy theirs. Mini bar drinks and snacks pretty overpriced. I picked up the bathrobes from the bed and saw they were both ripped and had holes so when we went out I took them to reception and handed them in. The next morning we went to breakfast. Breakfast was good except for bread choices. There were no rolls, the croissants were filled with chocolate, there were no plain ones. The bread seemed stale and dry and when toasted went hard. That was a bit disappointing. So breakfast choices were that or cereal, omelet. We went out for the day and came back to a mess of a bed and nothing was cleaned but apparently the cleaner had been in to clean. I complained and got told they’ll inform the manager in the morning. That night we went to the restaurant in the hotel and got greeted by a waiter who made us feel less than welcome. The next day we went out and came back to the room not being cleaned again but when I complained I found out our complaint the day before had been ignored and not passed on and I was told I could see the manager the next morning. The shower head was broken too and flodded the whole bathroom every time we had a shower but nothing was done there neither nor was the ashtray emptied within our three day stay. I have a video of the broken shower head which I can’t upload here. Our room was not cleaned once in our three day stay. The next morning we went to breakfast an hour before it finished but the buffet was nearly empty and I was told it will not be refilled. I then went to reception to find out when I can see the manager and was told he’s away on a business trip. They refused to phone him and gave me his number and said I can phone myself. I phoned but he didn’t pick up. So I messaged him and at first he was nice and understanding but then suddenly and quickly turned unfriendly and accused me of lying even though I have photos to prove it. Some staff is nice but reception staff very unprofessional and housekeeping useless. Staff speaks no German but do speak English. None are fluent in English as it says on the hotel description therefore it’s hard to complain as they misunderstand things. Definitely not a 4* Hotel Facilities nice but service not good at all. Not worth the money you pay!

This is an excellent hotel in Mostar. It's highly functional and has everything you'd expect from a good hotel anywhere in the world. It might not have the quaint charm of a smaller Bosnian property but everything works and it's super comfortable. Staff were fluent in multiple languages and the breakfast was good. The room was quite spacious. Two things to note: Google Maps - and addressing in general - is a little bit patchy in Mostar; if driving yourself there it may pay to prepare by researching first. You need to turn off the main road a good couple of hundred metres before the hotel. Also be aware the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. The carpark is on that hill; you may need to walk suitcases etc up it.

Amazing rooms, location and staff - Thank you! We visited Mostar from the UK on Thursday 14th December. Triple room, number 115 was amazing for 3 x adults… Staff was really nice, breakfast included and we had the bonus of a swimming pool… For the tourists, it was a 6 minute walk to the famous old bridge… Cracking place and nice people - thank you all

We chose this hotel for its spa facilities, but none of those were available. The sauna and steam room are not switched on and staff claim they are broken, and when enquiring about the beauty salon we were told ‘We don’t have that”, while standing in the middle of a beauty salon with all the relevant equipment. It’s just not in use. In the bedroom there was a book of rules similar to what would be found in a backpackers hostel. Most of the lamps in the room had no lightbulbs. The curtains fell down on our first night, leaving the daylight streaming in at dawn. There was no kettle in the room, and when we asked for one we were told no. Much of the equipment in the gym was broken. This 2 star hotel should not be claiming to be 4 star. A disappointment for our honeymoon.

The hotel is in the good location few minutes walking to the tourists attractions sites and shopping, however, the hotel is on top of the hill and very steep so walking back is difficult especially for elder person. Breakfast and atmosphere are very good. The room is clean when you check in but later is not. From my perspective this is not a 4-star hotel it’s a 3-star or below, no tea/coffee kettle in the room, no iron in the room and not allowed to bring your own, food not allowed in the room, no free water in the room, no toiletry a part from one bottle of liquid body soap.
