muy amables y muy atentos a todo

早餐很簡單，但是很營養和美味，旁邊就是加油站 開車的朋友很方便，房間裏面有小冰箱，附上價目表。預訂需要用到VISA或者萬事達信用卡用於按金，然後前台付現金房費和早餐費。按金退房後一個月內退還。

The worst expérience i have ever had ni à hôtel. Indeed it is not an hotel. No service. My room had a problèm suddenly in the evening With a big noise due to a heat machine failure. It was just totally impossible to sleep ! In a hôtel ! Thé staff only answered they could not do anything. It was so cold and no heat No hot water in the room At 1 o clock in the morning they suggest to change of room but no help! With all the luggage stuff in the room and i had an appointement in the morning ! I stayed 3 nights, and they made the room the first day but not the second day ! They did not offre me anything! I had to pay everything. For me it is theft ! And the receptionist ( a woman) was more eager to cut me off saying they could not do anything than to listen to me. No empathy, no kindness, but only contempt and lies. Unacceptable ! We were a group of 8 adults and everone Saïd that worse service it can not exist.

We stayed at the hotel on a car trip to Madrid. The Hotel is near the highway and free parking at the hotel was easy. It was a goog option for the visit to warner Madrid, but it was a little far from it (+-15/20 min). The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also in good condition. Breakfast was good with all the basic options but not much variety. It has several services closer to him (gas station, etc - including a supermarket). Probably the correct rate is 3.5, but as it is not possible, 4 was given.

All was very good with the exception of one thing. The air-conditioning wouldn't get cold to the degree setting I was putting it. Sleeping was doable but not comfortable, for me. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were very clean. There used to be tooth brushes in the bathrooms, but thei addres no longer there.

the girl that organized the event was great, very easy to spray with and very cooperative. The food was amaizing, the place very spacious and The rice we ate on the terrace was spectacular. I’m very happy

El trato recibido por parte de la Recepcionista del hotel, una tal Maria José, ha sido lamentable. Me quería justificar un pago por adelantado que su propio hotel consideraba como no necesario. Sin tener en cuenta la protección de datos me dice que toda mi familia, alojada en el hotel para asistir a una boda, ha pagado menos yo y que por eso tenía que pagar al principio de mi estancia, no a lo largo de ella, como así lo especificaba mi reserva. Fue muy desagradable. No volveré.

Habitacions suficientemente amplia y limpia. El televisor era un poco antiguo, pero funcionaba. El lavabo con todo lo necesario, y el agua caliente me la ducha, fácil de graduar. Camas confortables. Personal muy amable. A la llegada nos indicaron algunas cosas interesantes.

Espectacular mi estancia allí, todo muy limpio y un ambiente muy acogedor. La recepcionista, María José, muy amable y resolutiva y la camarera de la cafetería, Rebeca, súper encantadora, rápida y eficiente, hacía que saliera todos los días del desayuno con una sonrisa. Además admiten mascotas, me encantó Sercotel La Princesa, lo recomiendo 100%.

Muy contenta como siempre. Voy siempre al mismo hotel tres o cuatro veces al año y la limpieza y profesionalidad de los empleados es insuperable. Quiero hacer hincapié en una empleada de recepción que se llama María José y a la cual le estaré eternamente agradecida pues siempre es complaciente y atenta. Un saludo

Hicimos un evento hace poco y gracias a Jade todo salió según lo esperado. Destacar su profesionalidad e implicación para ello desde el principio. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo ya que no se le escapa detalle y aporta ideas que nos ayudaron bastante :)

Es una maravilla el otel, la comodidad es espectacular, la ducha es genial, grande espaciosa el armario de ropa es grande ermoso con un espacio si tendría que poner un pero sería el tema de la calefacción que el aire caliente es poca densidad y pase frío.
